wow Phillips PC

At one point I thought Wade chocked but now looking back on it we had several chances to put this game away and didn't. The players chocked not Phillips.

well i'm somewhat warming up to the fact that he'll be back next year the thing the worries me is that he's seem totally clueless to the problems this team has had since the 2nd half of the GB game. Hopefully he's not and just choses to address them behind closed doors guess we'll find out

Well, since you have it all figured out, get on the horn and tell him !!!!

Better yet, send in your coaching resume. We're guaranteed a SB victory.

Send it in today, ren & stimpy !

yeah i can agree with that...I do think this line is dramatically improved from last year though...and just needs a little more to get to top level.

Our line hasn't improved in run blocking from last year. We have one of the biggest, if not biggest offensive, lines in the league, but we get absolutely no push up front.

The only reason our running game is somewhat decent, is because of the grit and will of one Marion Barber. Most of his runs are not because of open holes, but because he is incredibly good at cutting his runs outside and making the defenders miss.

Our offensive line will improve once Houck comes back, and Sparano leaves.

I can't stand listening to that guy. Even if Mike has some good things to say, I can't suffer through Kiley to get to them.

His voice is as annoying as fingernails on the chalk board.

can't believe i actually agree with Randy Galloway :banghead:

Surely he knows there are problems. But he's not going to sit there and feed the media.

Wade is Marty Schottenheimer, minus the playoff wins.
...but they won 13 games and had 12 pro bowlers! Yippeee!!!

I think that's what folks want to see. They want to see a Bill Callahan meltdown. "We must have the dumbest players in the NFL"

Instead, they're seeing a guy who has yet to publicly diss the team, under any circumstances...and he gets called a boob for his trouble.

Also a guy who is use to explaining why his team lost in the Playoffs:( .

31 coaches have to explain every year why their team didn't win the Super Bowl. They're all used to it.

So would one of you football Einsteins please tell me who you want to be the coach? If not Wade who? Jason? Please half of you can't stand him calling plays so why would you want him to be the head guy? Give me some names. And just because he doesn't rip his team in public doe not mean he doesn't do it behind closed doors. That has nothing to do with his win loss record. Being a screamer doesn't matter. Did you ever see Tom Landry yell? Tony Dungy? Don Shula? Last time I checked all of these guys were great coaches. Yelling means nothing. The Giants get payed too. They made more plays bottom line. This has nothing to do with the coach.

No fan on earth is more disappointed with this loss than I am. However, we are on the right track and we should be better next year. We will have a year under out belt in Wade's system and Romo now has a full year as a starter under his belt as well. We're the 4th youngest team in the league with a lot of talent. Sure we have some holes, but they should be addressed in FA and the draft. Look, N.E. won't be as good next year as they were this year. They're going to lose some players. Same for some other teams. On the other hand, we should be adding to what we already have. We just need some of the players on this team to mature and they will with experience. We'll cut some dead weight such as JJ, Reeves, Glenn (not dead weight but he's done), etc. We'll replace them with more talented players. While our record next may or may not be as good as this year, we'll be a better team and we should be more poised to make a playoff run rather than just a playoff appearance. These are the facts, but like many of you, right now they just don't seem to matter that much.

Yep. Or Parcells saying how stupid they are, or Chucky scowling and growling for the cameras.

Precisely. Funny how I never see Tony Dungy going on tirades or ripping on his players. But then I also remember when he was called "too nice" and a loser who would never get it done.

By the way, any of you that think we should completely change directions and fire Phillips is an absolute idiot. Worst thing we could do is make a drastic change after a 13-3 year. Just stupid thinking at its best, or worst.

The Chargers ****canned Marty after a 14-2 season. They are now in the AFC Championship game. Its not near as stupid as you make it seem.

...but there aren't 31 coaches that have had to explain four one and outs in the playoffs. Many coaches don't make it that far before getting ousted.

one of the first things WP said in his PC is "the better team lost"
seriously that's that last thing you want to hear from the HC of your team after a playoff loss
