Randy who??????? I like #92 (we like our guys!) , Hat goes off to him. Not sure if he has more sacks than Randy this year, but to me he's grown a lot!!
Gregory got hurt a few games into the season. I'm not sure if he is back. Glad that pot head is outta here.

Before this breakout year, he was a jag. Glad he's bustin out.

I think Armstrong is 'bustin' out' partly because his teammates are also kickin' serious azz....He's clearly benefiting from playing with Micah, Lawrence, etc...

As Micah draws double teams then Armstrong and Co. will just reap the rewards.

Really proud of Dorance for the pure effort he’s putting out. I saw a glimpse of what he could do at K-State against pretty decent competition but for some guys it takes a couple years to hit their stride in the pros.

Wrong about Fowler, wrong about Armstrong, wrong about Smith being drafted in round 1 and wrong about us drafting Williams in round 2. These were all vey good decisions but this FO. Folks here will never admit it.

For those who do miss Gregory, I'm pretty sure every team in the league will have their chance to acquire him after this season. However, you will have to lobby hard because I seriously doubt there will be much interest left with the Cowbosy fans.....myself included.

I miss seeing the #94 Jersey out there but not the player. Sam Williams should be offered #94, although him wearing #54 is helping erase the Bobby Carpenter/Jaylon Smith nightmares.

Cowboys were fortunate the contract talks broke down. 2022 is basically a lost season for Randy and he's heading to 2023 at age 30 with a career high of 6 sacks. Fowler could very well finish 2022 with 10 sacks.

I gave up on Randy the moment he chose Denver over Dallas.
Turns out he was just holding Armstrong back anyways.

Kind of like when Roy Williams (WR) was hurt and we found out
Miles Austin was a bonafide starting NFL WR just sitting on the roster
returning kicks.

I think the frustration from Randy was how it went down.

Had he say he wanted to leave Dallas and go to Denver, then by all means.

But the whole, he signs, backs out due to “language” that’s in every Dallas contract, immediately bashes Dallas and their fan base. Goes back and forth on Twitter with the fans etc.

I said since he left Dallas for Denver, I will always cheer for Randy as a person who turns out and has a great life. As a football player? The hell with him lol.

He could be 7-3 and likely heading to the playoffs. Instead he is 3-7 on a team that cannot do much as Wilson’s contract is trash.

On an anger scale of 1-10 with the 10 being the maddest, I was…

- 0 about Gregory.
- 3 about La’el.
- solid 9 about Amari. Still am.
The 85 Bears defense had 64 sacks from their vaunted 46-zone. Dem Boyz have 42 so far. I think we can catch em. Edit: 84 Bears had 72. Never mind :D
Even if the sack total is broken, back then the pass attempts for the most part were around 20-25 per game, todays game you are closer to 35 per game with 50 and 60 attempts not being unheard of.

I missed this one.
He did a weekly interview on a local sports talk radio station.

He made several statements such as "If they would give me more opportunities in the redzone".

Both the content and tone of his statements made it clear he was criticizing the coaches or Dak and probably both.

After losses, he would say "If they would have done..."

Add that to his 2 games missed with Covid after being seen on camera at a Mavs game without a mask...

I'll say this.....I believe they did a piss poor job of replacing him and bringing in talent.

But its worked. That doesn't mean I'd advocate doing this in order to improve your team because I don't think this is how you properly build a contender through a offseason. But it has worked. And they deserve their credit. They get to feel like the smartest people in the room because this shouldn't have worked.

If it worked isn't that a good job?
