Yards Per Rush - Pollard 1st Zeke 32nd out of 46 Running Backs.
Wow! Just saw this on ESPN. New team controversy?
no its fan trending controversy Zeke has role pollard has role stop trying to pit one cowboys against the other, they are both equally important and i highly doubt if pollard had to do this 4-6 games in row he would get exposed. we need both backs to get to where this team needs to go..the 1-2 punch has been working and to keep both guys fresh and heathy they are BOTH important, no controversy, fans make this **** up. Please stop!!!! so many fans want to make other fans choose player. I choose to support TEAM..

this is yet another hater troll post,.,

The problem is Zeke’s role needs to be reduced and Pollards increased. It needs to be like it was yesterday with Pollard starting drives not Zeke.

it does NOT..

theyve done a great job giving both 10-14 touches a game, nothing changed yesterday, Pollard got 14 the week before had few more touches then zeke..they both should be used like weve been using them,

period,

just stop, go ask MM,Moore, and Jerry those that are in the Know, NOT FAN BASE EMOTIONAL in the heat of the moment responses... Pollard is at his best speed and fresh in arole where hes not getting more then 14 touches. IMHO he cannot sustain that over a long stretch and his upside wood be hurt overusing him.

sorry most in the know folks actually agree with me..

its working 6-2

don't forget 2 games pollard had under 2YPC lets keep this in perspective...

we need both and KM has used both nearly equally and that the way it need to be this season so they both get into the playoffs healthy and fresh, all we ever labeled was Pollard to get a heavier load and now he is....

being labeled the a starter or getting a larger role like 75% would not be smart IMHO.

Zero controversy with this. This team will play it's best football when Zeke and Pollard are both healthy and getting touches. Two weeks ago Pollard had 14, yesterday he had 15. No reason we can't get both of these guys around that number each week.

Personally, I like Zeke in that opener/closer role, and would give Pollard the bulk of snaps the rest of the game probably fitting Zeke into those short yardage carries and passing downs. That said though as long as you are rotating them and keeping them fresh the rest will work itself out.

The front office believes that the highest-paid guy needs to carry the load regardless of productivity. After this season Pollard will be the highest-paid RB on the roster so he will be asked to carry the load while keeping Dak off his back.

No just something the talking heads can debate while the Cowboys are on a bye. Similar to this board worried about the Cowboys run defense. We are 6-2 relax. We win 4 more games we are in the playoffs.

Pollard is literally averaging 2 more yards a carry than Zeke (4.1 vs. 6.2).

And before someone responds back with the sincerely ignorant response “yeah, well, Pollard’s average is only good due to his long runs,” yeah….that’s exactly right.

There's no controversy. Follow the money... it'll lead you to the great wizard of OZ.

Or should I say it'll lead you to the brainless, heartless, cowards running the Cowboys.

At least we are past blaming the offensive line for Zeke's low yardage like people did last year.

The holes are there. Its just the NFL and they close fast. If you aren't quick enough to get to them, you are just going to be tackled at the line. This isn't Alabama vs Southwest Missouri St. where the RB has holes 10 yards wide and he can drink some tea before starting to run.
