What's different is they are not even trying to re-sign their guys. Biadasz, Pollard, Armstrong were all starters. At some point losing those players is going to hurt, especially if you do not replace them with equal or better players. The Cowboys will e going into the draft with a lot of holes to fill and only 7 picks.

All those guys are average players and by letting them walk all the Cowboys are saying is we think we can do better.. The only problem is it takes you away from other priorities you clearly need upgrades in, but at the same time its hard to consider paying a part time DE 15 million a year, and a center 10 million a year that's not a good run blocker. I thought Tony Pollard's contract was reasonable, but he's coming off a very ordinary season.

Everyone in a panic watching these RBs sign elswhere. For once I agree with JJ, hold steady and either draft a RB are sign a second tier RB.

There are a lot of holes on this roster. Starting quality holes. You can pretend this off season is just fine and no one should be worried but try to be honest they’re a LOT of wholes on this roster. Today alone guarantees a new DE, C and RB are needed.

True, but we have more holes on this roster than RB....and....nothing.

I agree, but that doesn’t mean a big RB contract. That money is best used elsewhere
