All these names floated around like Moore and Johnson and Gruden and all those others. I don't think they have what it takes to build a culture in Dallas. Moore can't do that for sure. Deion seems to think he can but I think he is a flash in the pan and his act will wear out. A guy like Tomlin is the epitome of this of what you need.

I think that guy is Marcus Freeman from Notre Dame personally. I think he is the guy we need. Now, is building that type of culture possible with the Jones circus show around? It would be difficult but the right personality could do it. Jerry should be ringing his phone early next week. You could probably also include Curt Cignetti in the call list as well.

What I want in the head coach
Field management
Situational football management
Everything else I want from my defensive and offensive coordinators. I don’t want a head coach, Calling defensive or offensive play. Get that done before the next game

I want him to hire his coordinator. So if it goes wrong, he can hold them responsible.
he needs to concentrate what’s happening during the game, not what play That needs to be called . That all needs to be prior scripted.

I tend to agree. And I want my head coach spending equal time with offense, defense and special teams.

Nobody can build a culture with Jerry Jones GMing full time ......... Jimmy was able to do it because Jerry was busy fixing the business part those first 5 years.

And then when Jerry wanted to be large and in charge ......... Jimmy left and it all fell apart.

There won't be another culture until Jerry kicks the bucket. The next culture will be whatever the Nepo-baby wants. Will he decide to let the coach actually take over? Remains to be seen.

I totally disagree with this. The head coach is who decides the culture.

We have a culture already. It's been established by Jerry Jones and it will not be changed by any coach.

Really? What did they accomplish?
Well, I don’t wanna put that on Tony, but you asked. You can get all the changes you want but still doesn’t bring a championship. You need a little help from the referee gods lol no that’s propaganda. It takes everything and everybody to win a championship from the girl that gets the coffee to the guy that calls the plays on Sunday

Clarification what actual culture change are you people looking for. Discipline, because that starts with coaching, not ownership.
Wrong. Not when you have Uncle Jerry's door wide open for players. There is no accountability and that is all because of Jerry.
