I think my folks bought ours at an old TG&Y. Younger members read that and probably ask themselves, "What the heck is a TG&Y?" I remember us getting several boards to play with, perhaps because replacement player pieces were not really sold separately (I think).

TG&Y used to have an amazing toy section. There were tons of them in Oklahoma, always heard it stood for Tom, Gus and Yippy but who knows.

I had all the balls but our German Shepard popped everyone of them and pulling the twine out of the softball. He was a huge dog and football,,basketball,soccer ball,volleyball,kickball,whiffleball he destroyed. He use throw the ball up in the air on his own and catch it. We had a annoying neighbors dog that would crawl under the fence. My Dad came home seeing our German Shepard throwing the dog up in the air and catching him. Fixed our neighbors dog crawling under the fence from that point.

It used caps bullets had a slot for them 2 or 3 caps and they would sting a lil bit when they hit ya and they looked real
