I'm only on page 2 of this thread and I must say, this is the winner

It would be if it wasn't so overplayed due to Guitar Hero, maybe South of Heaven instead?

Or I'll Brrrrddd Stick Her HaHaHa Stick HER!

i throw weight around after that verse in the gym

Ugh, not a fan of any of those songs sorry. :(

I was a huge rap fan growing up in Cally. All that I would listen to was Metal and West Coast rap.

That ended after real West Coast rap and Tupac died. Can't get into the new stuff.

Some of you may or may not know, but I moderate another Cowboys forum on DallasCowboys.com.

I was asked today to gather input for the stadium production staff on what kind of music folks would like to hear at the games. Specifically when:

We score a TD

Team runs onto the field

Pre-kick off

Halftime

Things of that nature, and anything else you can think of. There's a great number of folks from across the world here and please relay your thoughts and observations on what you've seen in other stadiums of any sporting event.

I did make sure to include from the start that our video board needs to educate our fans on home field advantage. Specifically that we need to quiet down with our offense on the field and get nasty when their offense is on the field and especially on 3rd downs. I suggested a pregame introduction on the video board for this as well as video board reminders during the game.

Listen very carefully to this suggestion - no teenie bopper music.

Pretty much anything else is fine by me.

Oh, and Modern Day Cowboy by Tesla from the 1980s was always a good choice for Cowboys related stuff.

OMG please don't remind me.... so many good songs were killed by my roommate's incessant and insanely lame playing of Guitar Hero to the point that I told him upfront how much of a lame *** he was. He stopped.

I think it's real safe to say that no song with that much blue language is going to be chosen. There will be little kids in attendance. Parents would be appalled.

completly understand alot of what you here is pointless but they do those songs to sell albums you have to listen to other songs on alot of albums to hear the talent and hear what they actually write and the message they try to deliver.

eminem and t.i. are two such artist- they have singles for the mass' to sell then the songs where you here the passion in their lyrics.

cleaning out my closet-eminem gives me goosebumps everytime

My bad. I've been paying attention to the songs more than the opinions of music that I am not discussing with Joe Realist. I hadn't followed along.

8-P

more like the youth of america, once it became cool for white people to act "gangsta" then the whole genre got deluited to what you hear(for the most part) now.

if you have ever heard the single CHICKEN NOODLE SOUP and know it was top ten at one point you know what im talking about.

Perfect to start every game.

Do you have a link to this version? Disciple is one of my favorite christian bands but have never heard a Game On Cowboys version
