Your move, Jerry

I agree with you Rusty, it’s Jerry’s move. But when it’s Jerry’s move for the 29th straight time, what confidence do we have that he has even one ounce of wisdom and humility to realize he is incapable of being a serious NFL GM?

I mean it’s not even arguable at this point…he doesn’t get it, doesn’t want to change and won’t change. Hate to say it but I’m just waiting him out.

No doubt, he doesn't get it, and that's why the Eagles were able to lap us the way they did.

Draft the guy from Boise State.

Sign a d lineman

grow dak a set and a brain that functions in high pressure situations

find a wideout

get more production out of the players you have\

shut up before you actually do something

SB is not your berth right, it is earned, you guys have not earned anything. Its embarrassing when this team talks SB

'

Exactly

Washington finished above us and have $80M in cap space. We will be lucky to place 3rd in our Division in 2025.

That's why I was saying the Eagles are here and Washington is coming. What happens if the Giants lap us? How long will we be in the basement before Jerry acts and makes the right moves?

Watching that game makes it perfectly evident just how far behind we are in talent from the front office to the trenches we are nowhere even close
Yep, that's the starting point.....accept that this isnt going to be a short turn around. Stop thinking that restructuring and then spending on FA is going to provide a quick resolution.

Indeed, we're not even certain of what Dak can provide moving forward....there's a lot of the fanbase pointing to Barkley (and Henry for that matter), but miss the point that both teams start their offense with a dual running game of RB and QB, we cant play that, so we're going to need our own system, around the new Coaching Team (presumably trenches first).....2025 is a year to build the foundations to build around.

If this is the case (which it might be), then perhaps the correct course of action is to trade Parsons for as many picks as possible to jumpstart the rebuild.

The Eagles have won the Super Bowl. Here's a team that won the Super Bowl in 2018, tore the team down, sacked the coach, got rid of a QB to replace him with a then unknown, hired a new coach, went to a SB, lost, made changes, collapsed last year, and just won the SB. All the while the Cowboys have basically been in neutral never advancing beyond the NFC division round.

Your move, Jerry. I hate it, we all hate it, but it's happened. What are you going to do about it? What movies are we making this offseason (and I like the coaching staff so far, so that's a plus) that will have us in the game next year? Are we going to sit on our thumbs again before they return again? Or, is Jerry going to finally do what it takes to win a Super Bowl? The game next year is in San Francisco, a hated rival of ours. How sweet would it be to win it all on their turf? Jerry, your move! Make it happen!
It’s been his move for 3 decades. Don’t hold your breath, these clowns are incapable of doing what needs to be done because it would mean removing themselves from football operations.

Hate to tell you rusty, but Jerry doesn't have the ability to build a championship roster.
Gonna have to wait until he ages out.
His son isn’t going to any better. I always thought that once Jerry goes there is some hope. Well, after seeing Stephen operate over the years and the idiotic delusional comments, they will stay in horrible shape.

I just get the impression that some of our fanbase think spending money is the way out of this. We are in a mess, borne out of not transitioning the reset properly. If we were letting Gilmore, Hankins, Tyron, Fowler, Armstrong, Biadasz all leave .... we should of traded Osa, J-Lew, Zack and Dlaw (and started again). Giving Dak that contract, just restricts the offensive systems we can perform. That contract  .

The problem is that we're talent poor. Our last two 1st Rd Picks havent established themselves, lets be fair, only one draft, in the last four have provided more than one regular starter.

With a new Coaching team, id say, incorporate whatever systems you want ..(however the draft will focus on the Lines and running game)....see how we do (with no pressure), we'll then establish who you want (in/out) in 2026.

Im on the fence about Parsons, whilst I can see the 'look at what he can bring back'....he gives so much more (to fellow defense and worries to the opposition) and a good DC should be able to move him around and build in systems for him (and for him to create for other rushers).

It’s been 30 years

He doesn’t care….dude has literally watched 2 giants teams that weren’t even good luck (YES LUCK) they way into a superbowl

Literally the only team to win the sb with a negative point differential

It’s not going to take the eagles winning another one to wake him up

Honestly what’s our path to winning? The only thing I can see if is you really make a trade for Myles Garrett… draft a monster DT type. Build an incredible front four. Get back to running the football. Take the pressure off Dak. Draft a running back.

That’s the quickest way to being an actual contender next year.

On the opposite end… all this talk about trading parsons.. Dak has the biggest cap hit in the league next year.

Unless we make a big pickup I could see it being really bad in Dallas next year. And we’re looking to draft a qb the year after with a top 3 pick
The path you mentioned is something Jerry will NEVER do.

The Steelers already had a LB Corp far superior to ours but they add Stud Patrick Queen and we add 32 year old Kendricks.

This is just a microcosm of the lack of self-awareness with this FO

The only move is more mediocrity because they refuse to get a gm

you think Jerry cares? seriously you think he cares about NFL Championships? Jerry's toy is worth more than any other sports franchise in the world. let that sink in. and he is the most profitable team in NFL.
Jerry won....jerry won his championship...which NFL team is worth the most.

he will never do what Philly does to win championships. the draught will continue. as long as we are Pseudo Competitive, Jerry is fine.

We haven’t been to the NFCCG and we got people in here asking what’s it gonna take to get back to the Super Bowl.

Face it, unless it’s sheer luck, this organization cares more about its financial standing in Forbes more than it cares about winning a Super Bowl.

Our GM/Owner can’t even stand to be around people that make him “uncomfortable” how y’all expect to win a Super Bowl without being or doing something uncomfortable?
