Your opinion, when Stephen finally takes over...

You know whenyou step back at look at the big picture someone football compitent needs to come in here and take over all of the duties of Jerry outside of signing player contracts. Untill they do each season appears very limited.

After 12 1/2 years everyone is just hoping for a single play-off win, Super Bowl really isn't in the picture and hasn't realistically been since the three Amigos departed for higher ground.

Down here in the trenches we need a motivational Coach like Josh Daniels and experienced GM like Mike Holmgren, the future would immediately become brighter.

Something a lot are overlooking is that Stephen isn't a only child.

Stephen, Charlotte and Jerry, Jr. will all have big roles in the organization. Obviously Stephen will be the ring leader. How things all shake out no one knows.

One thing for certain, when that happens, Jerry will have Stephen's phone on speed dial.

Charlotte and jerry jr. work in marketing and promotions. Stephen is the one in on the decisions, managing the cap...he is the VP. Charlotte's husband ran the desperado's though.

Stephen is a smart guy, he has a degree in chemical engineering and played football like his dad.

I think he is a really good guy to have at the top because from everything I have ever read I think people around the league respect him and that will lead to good people coming to work for him. Like CL said, he has said many times he doesnt want the attention his dad has.

Cowboys Fans have deservedly grown very weary of the Jones Family, it looks like they will be leading this franchise into the aybss over and over again while Fans tag along untill they are all six feet under, if we're lucky that won't be too much longer.

What did Holmgren do as a GM?

Holmgren built several winning teams as a Coach helping advise the General Mananger and will be one of the most qualified Front Office moves to aquire a GM in the comming Off-Season.

Eh, Holmgren had Ron Wolf in Green Bay and was so inept as a GM in Seattle that he got his title yanked.

Holmgren was a failure as the GM, he is a much better coach.
