Zeke been spending some time at the Golden Corral

Zeke was clearly out of shape last Sept....when he came back from Mexico after the suspension was how he should be in-season

This is the off-season but young guys shouldn't let it hang out that bad in the Spring
I am interested in seeing if Zeke's shape is discussed in the All or Nothing series coming out this month.

Only took one year to recycle the same “look at this guy who put on weight” Threads. These guys don’t look shredded in the offseason because they prob attempt to pack on as much muscle as possible and are eating 6k+ calories a day to do so. You’re not gonna keep abs doing that. Once the TC starts to approach you do more conditioning and lose the fat you gained in the process of building muscle.

People do realize that being ‘ripped’ isn’t really healthy, right? Also being ripped doesn’t necessarily mean athletic.

Once again. You don’t gain muscle in an offseason program without packing on fat as well. Unless you use a banned substance it’s just a fact. You’ll look puffy and retain water, won’t have definition, etc. The second you stop that type of weight gain diet you’d switch to a higher protien diet to maintain that new muscle while doing more cardio and HIIT training. The weight falls right off. He’s in his 20s. You can’t equate having define abs as your only requirement for being “in shape”.
