Dude, I don't even know what you're trying to say. Your sentences are incomplete and your thoughts are rambling nonsense, no offense.

If I take a stab at what you're trying to say, I can use as many reasons as I want to defend my position. Saying I can only use one is absurd. Secondly, just because he hasn't already been arrested doesn't mean the law wasn't broken, thats another horrible argument. Do yourself a favor and stop typing until you get your thoughts together and can type a coherent sentence.

I understood.

The online no offense but offense comment troupe. Ok but it is tiring when people that for the most part are regular people offline to turn into English professors and wordsmiths just to try to low key insult someone. I get it though just very weak imo.

I'm saying you can only use one because that's what you did. How is a horrible argument when it's true? If she pressed charges on something where they have the actual footage he wouldn't been arrested already? Ok. Lastly please don't go the you're smart viewpoint way with me as if you're not some regular joe just posting. Stop it smh.
I'm no English major or grammar expert, I literally couldn't understand your argument due to the reasons I stated.

You're saying I can only use one argument because I initially said its illegal and later I used the analogy if it was a family member, wife, etc?

It doesn't appear as if she'll press charges but that doesn't mean it wasn't illegal or that she couldn't come back and press charges later.

I can't answer that you'd have to ask him but it doesn't really matter since she allegedly said it was ok. He might have but I don't know what was going on before that that had him thinking he could get away with it. I guess I can't get to hype about it unless the girl had a problem with it. Everything else is just faux outrage because I don't know how anybody can be more hype than the person it happened to (if she really said it was ok).

I call it outrage because all of a sudden everybody cares about something that has been going on forever that they knew about before. That's faux outrage to me. The girls gone wild guy became a multi millionaire off stuff like this but now its idiotic and offensive please. I'd willing to be most who say such were never party types so they don't understand. Now it doesn't mean she or any other girl is asking for trouble but if she isn't complaining how can others be all mad? Also you do know young kids make mistakes all the time but guess because he might mess up your happiness on a Sunday you're mad? Makes no sense to me but we all have lived different lives that depending on how they were lived help get us to our current views.

The girls gone wild guy is an idiot too. Making millions means nothing about character and being an adult. Young people do make mistakes and if Zeke acknowledges that good for him. Partying doesn't have to include exposing someone's breasts. You say most who weren't party types wouldn't understand. I would say most with daughters or even a sensitivity to what women face in general also don't understand others excusing or qualifying this behavior. Not to imply you condone it at all. However, the discussion about what he did should start and stop with acknowledging its idiotic behavior. i'd like to know your definition of partying sometime. My friends, liver and gut might beg to differ with you.

I don't see many people outraged. The hyperbole seems to be coming just from you.

In any case I think it's the height of silliness to say it was ok because after the fact she was OK with it. Acting without consent is the issue at hand. Not how the aggrieved party reacts. To think anything else is wrong. Unambiguously.

What part of touching someone in a suggestive manner, without their consent, is not OK even if after the fact they are not upset don't you understand?

I'm in 100% agreement with you on this Toruk which is a bit of a rarity because you and I rarely agree on football related topics.

Shouldn't she be the one to establish consent in the forum of law if she feels she wants to do that? Or is she just incapable of making her own decisions becouse she is a feeble brainless woman? She is in control, even with the swat, she is in charge of her vibe. I don't think we need to reduce her becouse she has boobs or likes showing them. Go girl.

Just a stupid thing to do. Look when you're in your 20's God knows the **** we did. That being said, this kid needs to mature in a freaking hurry. His actions could potentially hurt the team but nevertheless depict a very immature personality at this point

Boys will be Boys...and Cowboys will be Cowboys...no big deal. Elliott must be more aware of who and what he is and what he means to his employer and fans. Still its no big deal.

hahah, true

in the end, I guarantee everyone in this thread will cheer when he scores TDs for us next year

I'm not up in arms about this......thousands of kids do this every year. Women go to these things expecting to show the goods, nothing new this year either. Zeke does need to be smarter though, he is not the typical spring-breaker
