If I'm totally honest, I'll have to admit that this thing with Zeke has really taken the wind out of my sails to a degree. It seems like a bad time for the team that he would choose to distance himself from them when it's crucial for him to get familiarized with the offensive changes that Moore is trying to establish.
Here's hoping he'll choose to respect that need and places more responsibility on himself for being attentive to it. Seems to me that his carrying on an extended holdout could have a devastating effect on a team that's at a crossroad to prove itself more competitive. I wonder how many others here share my dismay with regards to this scenario. Let's hope he'll know enough to return in of time to quash the considerable damage that could ensue.
It’s been reported that he’s been working with the other running backs on the team with regard to the playbook. So his distance isn’t that far.
