next time their is a cba negotiation make sure not to take the owners side because you want the players to give in so they dont miss games. This is why this stuff has happened.

I am really in disbelief here. There was enough here for her to continue the injunction that two prior judges had issued and let it go to trial. But nope, she basically rules on the merits on the case after preliminary arguments and minimal deliberation. This smells to high heavens. Of what I am not sure, but the forum shopping is just disgusting.
