Zeke’s performance this year can be equated to that of DLaw. They both got paid and now they are not performing. Look at the last two weeks Zeke’s yardage in both games came at the end of the first half as the defenses were playing pass, Zeke accumulated most of his meager yards. Shameful, he is nowhere near the best runner in the league. He may not be the best runner in the team. What is it with the Cowboys. As soon as they pay up the players check out and mail in their performances. DLaw and Zeke should repay the Joneses. They need another boat..

It was blatant stat padding. If you didn't watch the game, you might think Zeke played well. What the stats don't show you is how he played when the game was actually competitive.

Don't forget to include the entire O line. All of whom were paid. Paid before they had to be paid. Paid as though they were super bowl champions. Also include Jaylon. The single fundamental problem this organization has is a lack of objectivity. Jerry loves his players and is had crippled the team ever since the salary cap came into effect. There is absolutely no way the Patriots would have ever handed out the foolish contracts that we did. Fill your team with guys on rookie deals and guys on one year deals playing for their next contracts. Guys like Quinn. Guys like Gallup. Malik is even showing up this year.

He got paid, and stopped performing.

Honestly, this is completely Jerry's fault.

You let Dlaw skip offseason workouts and allowed him to delay his surgery, only to pay him as the top DE in the league! They completely lost on that negotiation- you let a guy sit out and then give him everything he wants? That will really show him!

And then we allowed Zeke to miss ALL of training camp. We gave the man an extended vacation and then paid him above and beyond what any other RB was going to get! You mean he didn't have to practice and you paid him a boatload of money! Wow that is some great negotiation!

At this point, these contracts are so bad that the only saving grace is that it will hopefully cause other teams to pay their players worse!

Saquon should be able to get 16 million a year- McCaffrey and Kamara 18 million a year.

Hopefully the eagles DLine gets more money since DLaw is the barometer and the main is INVISIBLE!

Although his play has been underwhelming, what do you expect? This team is not good at all. They are on par with the Jets, Steelers, Browns, Jaguars, etc... Out of those four teams, they are guaranteed at least two losses, maybe three.

I don’t think you watched the game.

His first 2 carries were both for 12 yards, his best run of the night was called back for holding. We never committed to the run because of the score. He also had probably the most clutch catch of the day to keep us in the game.

The story of yesterday offensively was sloppy football and lack of execution. Blaming a guy just because he makes a lot of money is bogus.

Zeke has done nothing Pollard and a FA RB couldn’t have done. You should never pay that much money for a RB and if you do they sure as hell better be a difference maker in every game.

Predictably, Zeke hasn’t done that and although he may show up in a game here and there he isn’t worth the money. Jerry was drinking his own Kool Aid and caved like the fool he is.

Zeke is 8th in the league in rushing yards.

In the top ten, 7 of the top 10 have had a long run of at least 49 yards.

Zeke is 3rd to the bottom with 27 yards being his longest run, only ahead of Carson and Henry.

And that 27 yard run is his only run over 20 yards.

Zeke doesn’t have that top gear anymore. You can clearly tell he’s lost his explosiveness. Other RBs consistently make guys miss in the open field and get chunk plays while he just runs into guys.

I am actually starting to feel bad for Garrett. I believe he will lose the locker room this year for the first time since becoming a head coach. Half the team skips practice on Wednesday and Thursday because they are veterans with bad backs. Also known as guys who got paid. Everyone in the room is making more money than Garrett now. He has lost all control and the "veteran leadership" that could have otherwise help people accountable is non existent.

Keep in mind he hasn’t played a run defense any better than 20th and most defenses have been in the bottom 12 overall (exception being Packers who were top 10 overall but 26th against the run).

There is no offensive line that can protect a QB who refuses to move around the pocket and buy time. GB has a bad OL. But Rodgers moves the pocket around and rolls away from pressure. He's not standing still like Dakota.

But I’ve told that’s why he’s the best, he gets those “dirty yards”. No one wants a guy like Barkley who is faster and makes people miss.

Zeke is “durable” because he hasn’t been injured but has clearly slowed down
