I am sure this has been asked and answered.

This is only an emergency injunction for one game. What happens next week?

He hasn't practiced all week, should be well rested and ready to go off for 150.

The injunction is before the 2nd Circuit Court of Appeals. The actual case itself is, I believe, still scheduled for Failla (although I sure think the NFLPA should ask her to recuse herself).

I think that might be the play here... Just a hunch

Next week each party argues their case for why the injunction should/should not be made permanent ("permanent" meaning the injunction stays in place until Failla hears the case and gives her verdict, which we all know what it is going to be).

that's hilarious, if it goes back to Failla the NFLPA will just ask her to recuse herself

I agree with you 100%. We all know how Failla is going to rule so they really have nothing to lose. I don't even think the NFL can oppose such a motion, it is something the judge has to decide on her own. (I am not 100% sure if that is correct so please don't take it as gospel ;))

Good news. Hopefully the panel will see things out, unlike the bought judge that just ruled

If is a group of dudes they will see things the same way the senior judge saw it. Unbelievable this lady had the audacity to claim that only the NFL faced irreparable harm and that it was a total fair process.

So reading a bit further it seems it will be a 3 judge panel determining his fate
