Who said the offense was less explosive . I’m saying we scored too fast. We didn’t have the balance like we usually have. The Bears had the ball almost an entire quarter more than us. 13 1/2 minutes I believe. That’s a long time for the defense to be on the field

Putting more points on the board. Does not necessarily equal wins. I’d rather go back to having the balance. Did you see how long the defense was on the field today. He’s the best running back, full back pass protector we have. Make no mistake about it this team needs him

You said the offense was too explosive this game and scored too fast. So we need Zeke to plod along and score slower.

I’ve never said any such thing. I said we scored too fast. I never used the word explosive. Thinking of somebody else . Your people have a habit of putting words in your head that aren’t there. . Our time of possession is much greater when we have Elliot on the field. The Bears had the ball almost an extra quarter longer than us. Defense can’t hold up. How do you not understand that

Score too fast, explosive, those are basically football synonyms.

You essentially think the cowboys had too many big plays today which is an asinine football take.

Not even close to being the same thing. What is the field position was only 40 yards. That’s not explosive that’s just a short field. So don’t make up words

so then I asked how would Zeke have affected the short fields.


The thread is about Zeke. You said the offense missed Zeke because they scored too fast. I’m asking for an explanation of how Zeke playing would have changed that. You haven’t given a viable one yet.

If we had Zeke in the game today the time of possession would’ve been more balanced. The Bears had the ball 14 more minutes than us . Think about that entire quarter of football. More to run at us. Do you think that would run a defense down. That’s all I’m saying don’t put anything more of that into your head than what is written down

See this is where you are showing a total lack of logic. HOW does Zeke being on the field change the time of possession. Please explain


I can’t think of a single way other than the offense having LESS explosive plays (big plays) and more methodically driving down the field.

if that’s your argument. It’s a stupid one because the offense was having big plays all over the field and scored a ton of points. Which is a good thing no matter how you slice it.
