We have both of them for this year and we just need to use them right

I think each opponent represent a different challenge and split carry’s accordingly if we have an opponent with a strong front 7 then zeke because of his ability to block should get starter carry’s and opponents like the bears then Tony can get more

If we had Zeke in the game today the time of possession would’ve been more balanced. The Bears had the ball 14 more minutes than us . Think about that entire quarter of football. More to run at us. Do you think that would run a defense down. That’s all I’m saying don’t put anything more of that into your head than what is written down

The offense played at an up-tempo pace much of the game. They had some long drives play count wise, but they ran them quickly. Zeke wouldn't have affected that. They did score quickly but they scored often also.

The defense gave up long drives and couldn't themselves off the field. You can't blame the offense for that. I do understand your point. If an offense goes three and out over and over putting the defense on the field every three minutes it can wear down a good defense as the game gets into the 4th qtr. That wasn't the case today. Overall, the offense helped the defense quite a bit today.

Zeke is going to come in handy for his pass blocking if nothing else. I know that's not what you want the best attribute of your RB1 to be but he really does excel at it. At worst he is a great RB2.

I just don’t understand why we have a board so split about a position where you can get multiple guys plenty of touches?

A combo of a healthy zeke and pollard is the best situation for this team. No reason at all this team can’t get both players at least 10 touches every week.

.....the theory officially replaces the Play Cooper Rush/Sit Dak and is the go to move on this board. TPollard had an outstanding game. Instead of simply commending him, its always an effort to spew on Zeke, even last year when we had a RB playing all season with a bad knee. The moment TPollard is shut down by someone or asked to play hurt.....Zeke will be blamed. Two different types of backs.

Memo to TPollard....better not ask for money, or your fan club will dwindle.

How can you not believe we need to grind the clock down. Did you see what happened in the run game today. When the other team has the ball for 14 more minutes. Tell me you understand this I don’t think anybody said he’s too explosive. I think someone made that up

I saw that we won by the largest margin all season. I saw that the coaches felt completely comfortable playing Joseph, Clark, and other depth guys on D by the 3rd quarter because the game was over. I saw 13 points scored against us because of a botched fumble review and a suspect roughing penalty (and about 47 missed holding calls). This defense is insanely deep, and they will tell us could’ve played better today.

On top of all these points, I’ll say it this way: Chicago did an incredible job grinding clock today….and they lost by 20 points….and we could’ve easily scored again at the end

I’m not saying grinding clock is a bad strategy if you are playing not to lose, but the ability to grind clock will always be trumped by scoring no matter how fast it happens. Today the boys played to win
