This isn't about his guilt or innocence....that's not the argument in court, the argument is about process to reach the league's conclusion, nothing more and since the NFLPA agreed to the collectively bargain agreement that gave Goodell the power to suspend players which was backed up by a Federal appeals court in the Brady case for suspending a player for conduct detrimental to the league, The league investigation concluded he more likely than not, a very low standard violated that policy so Zeke is going to serve 6 games, whether it's this year or next, regardless!!

The investigation concluded that he did it. Not may have.

But it’s still his right to fight for what he believes in ... I never said it’s about his guilt or innocence but it’s not about what YOU or I think or feel .. if he wants to fight and as long he has ways to still fight then it’s his right to do ... even if YOU and others feel his fight is futile .. he could and should fight for as long as he wants to ... it goes beyond the game and our fandom ...

I have no problem with Zeke using every legal tactic to clear his name. It's his right. Even after he sits the 6 games, if he wants to sue the league, the accuser, Goodell or anybody else, go for it.

But from the teams perspective, it's over. He already lost another appeal today. The team needs to win games without him. Hopefully they will still be in the playoff mix when he gets back.

I read the decision tweet and basically it was denied, because she felt her decision would've allowed them to proceed to the 2nf circuit
