Failia really stepped outside of precedent denying the irreparable harm argument...... almost all judges agree on that

Yes, she reversed the two prior judges to rule on the case. We'll see. I am not holding my breath though. They will likely come out with some twisted ruling as to why this all OK anyway.

Punishing someone BEFORE their day in Court really has a bad smell to it........especially when they were never even charged with a crime......it is like we are in banana land

Baffling how this still has to be explained at this point.

Exactly. The "just suck it up and take the suspension" line makes ZERO sense to me. If he is truly innocent then he should fight until there is nothing left to fight for. As a fan I could not care less what this ends up doing to the Cowboys this season, or next. The second Zeke just "sucks it up" he will essentially be admitting guilt. At least that is how it will be seen by every non-Cowboys fan.

I would fight this as long as possible if I were him. So I've got no issue at all with what he's doing and how it may screw the Cowboys in the long-run.

I mean, he’s not winning this. Article 46 will almost make it impossible.

It’s totally ridiculous but that’s what the players agreed to in the CBA

Article 46 still requires credible evidence, and then a fair arbitration hearing on appeal. This isn't caused by Article 46, it's caused by a corrupt legal system.

But I agree now that he isn't winning this. Corruption at this level cannot be overcome.
