I’m not going to question Zekes commitment on the field. He played hard.

True commitment is about what happens off the field not on it.

The game dictated much of what happened to our offense. Play conservative, predictable plays, dont turn it over. Like last years first two games, you cant really get much as far as what the offense looks like after week 1.

4.0 yards a carry is what got him a ticket out of Dallas. Now, I realize its week one, but we got him instead of Derrick Henry or Aaron Jones. So, he's got to make some plays.

Wait....I read it here he's good for 1 or 2 yards.

4 is decent. Specially given new o line. A fella might need more than 10 carries.

He was a knucklehead off the field for a few years when he joined the team. But he grew up

Back in the day I'd post a Pic of zeke eating ticker tape after the nat champ. Wired differently.

I still think he had something...add....something. and of course nobody told him or did anything.

He had to grow out of it. But he always was a good team mate and gave everything he had.

and henry had 13 carries for 46 yards. Had Zeke done that, hed be getting crucified in here already.

Exactly. What more could you ask for from your back? Did he ever miss a game due to injury? He is the ultimate teammate, everyone loves the guy. With the exception of that garbage suspension because the NFL was trying to look good in the eyes of the public, Zeke was a real pro...... and, being here actually mattered to him, unlik emany others.

No it was the 16 million a year price tag that got him a ticket out of Dallas. Releasing Zeke was never about football. And so far on the season he has a better YPC can Henry and as soon as he gets to face a defense as sorry as the Giants he will catch up with Aaron Jones!

He looked quicker for sure, and he adds a lot as a pass protector and in short yardage situations. The team really missed that last year.

What I wonder is what Zeke will look like down the stretch in games 13-18. Yesterday it didn't look like Dowdle or Vaughn had much to offer (yeah I know it's only one game).

Definitely need to be better at RB but not impressed by MM’s run scheme

I don;t get it either....it was said earlier other RBs LOOK much better....but I'm not convinced it's all the RB's, that's just an easy cop out.
