Smart move with the League keeping open the "investigation" on him...that party will be WILD! He doesn't need to be in there with them that close to the 2017 offseason program starting.

Honestly, I think the answer he gave was to circumvent the Promoter getting extra promo for the event by saying "Come get lit with Migos, Waka Flacka, Young Thug and NFL Star Zeke Elliott of the Dallas Cowboys..." They wouldn't be paying him but gaining from use of his name, likeness and image. Smart answer by him to this random person reaching out.

I bet if any member of Migos reached out and asked him to pull up, the answer may be different.
