I know I know it was the browns offense. But it’s nice to see a coordinator who prioritizes stopping the run. Who will adjust.

Quinn’s defenses were fine… but face a team that got the ball out quickly or could run the ball and we got gashed. He had no answers. In my opinion Micah made Quinn look better than he was.

Right on. Quinn is dramatically overrated.

Also, dare I say it, I think our defence was more disciplined.

Zimmers defenses are MUCH more structurally sound than Quinns EVER were. Quinn is all about getting sacks and pressures so much so that he will leave gaps wide open due to all of his risk taking. Against poor or average teams his defenses dominated. Against great teams he can be easily gashed and taken advantage of . Quinn is smoke and mirrors,...a fraud

Too early to tell but let’s see how they do with a solid running team. I thought Ford could run all over them but there are better running games coming up.

Lol. We'll see. The defense is mostly the same as last year so.......we'll see
Zimmer's Cowboys Defense gave up only 230 total yards and only 17 points for a win.

Quinn's Commanders Defense gave up 392 total yards and 37 points for a loss.

This year's Cowboys Defense is definitely not the same as last year.

Ding ding ding......WE HAVE A WINNER. Zimmer is in no way the players BUDDY. Far from it,... all about accountability.

And that, along with the emphasis on the run game, will be how this defence takes the next step. In the playoff game last year, it wasn't so much that Love did anything spectacular. We couldn't stop the run at all, and there were times where our defence played out of position trying to stat pad that got them caught out. This style of defence should be better against teams that like to run, like Cleveland.
