You have mellowed a bit on your rhetoric. :) You've also been more playful with joking around. I think a lot of people misunderstand some of your jokes and think you're serious when you're just busting chops playfully.
Yup! I need to use more LOLs!!
LOL!

You have McCarthy on the brain.

No way was he telling Zimmer how to run his defense any more than he told Quinn how to run his. He's an offensive coach.
Yes it was
When was the last time Jerry interfered in anything with coaches or players
It was obviously Mccarthy

On another note:
Why do you hate the Cowboys so much

I’d probably have killed my self at that point.
Neil Peart thought about it. He went on a very long, lonely motorcycle ride, I'm thinking hopefully IT would end him.

He survived, rebuilt his life, found love again, had another child...and then died of brain cancer.

He looked like a beaten man several times this season when cameras would show him when the Cowboys were getting their lunch handed to them. He's done, he probably just wants to head home and relax with the family for the rest of his life.
Did everyone forget about this man's long-term GF?

"- Wished he had done things his way earlier in the season and calls it his biggest regret of the year"

Who's way was he doing things? Mike's? Jerry's?

Is he implying he was held back from doing things his way? Also, it seems he wanna return but he's not getting positive feedback from Jerry
He may be talking about trying to blend aspects of what Quinn was doing with what Zimmer does. Either before the season or early in the season, he talked about keeping some of what Quinn was doing (probably mainly to make the transition easier, even though that didn't seem to work).
