that's right all hypocrites exit to the right please get off the stage because this goes for every first time NFL head coach,

we have no proof of what they're gonna do by the way it also begs the question if these guys were so good and so much better than Brian schottenheimer..​

man what are their teams gonna do without them , oh that's right a lot of them replaced those dudes up there with the big names with people I've never heard of..​

I mean this pretty much should be used not for Jerry Jones not for the Cowboys not for Brian schottenheimer this should be for all hires I don't care how big their names are because we've seen some big names fail in the NFL head coaching you know Nick Saban urban Meyers which by the way urban Meyers you guys were crying for this dude Jerry was so stupid for hiring Mike McCarthy when he should have talked in Urban Meyer into this job Oh yeah big fail big stink that goes for Bobby Petrino was like the big time at the moment when he came into the NFL Chip Kelly had it all figured out the new super college schemes nope not a single one of them lasted more than a year in the NFL.​

So let's use this same energy for the rest of them, that's what I want to see,

if you guys are unwilling to give any positivity towards the new staff for the Dallas Cowboys, then it has to roll over for the other four teams that did the same thing, but I see people crying saying Kellen Moore we're gonna rue the day we didn't bring him here, really??? I'm not that impressed I've never seen them have their own teams but I do know this they're not gonna bring those rosters that had the all in super team built for them and they support staff with the actual head coach and the rest of those working together as a group that got them this fake grades, that they were the hot ticket, they were the name, you had to get yeah I find that all interesting that they haven't proven a thing either so I don't see the difference because a couple of other teams wanted them they're better than Brian schottenheimer...

Im actually impressed, now will the FO give them what they need to implement what they want to do..again thats is and has been the problem for decades.

I would have went another way at HC, but like like the staff he has. If we are judging his staff and not the HC it’s a solid B for me

C until I see different. On paper it appears as though we have potentially a solid staff but until I see them prepare for the game snd the results its only a C. Im not drinking and kool-aid any longer.

With the roster GM Jethro provides, the results on paper may just be an incomplete.

Ok then a give the hire an F because the FO waited to hire a hc after most of the top candidates were already hired else where. Second, Ol’ Shotty was not even a candidate for any head coach job, so yea it’s an F. And I’ll add Jerry will castrate Ol’ Shotty and he will be Jerry’s hc puppet. F

I gave this a "B" grade. While we can question the Cowboys' process in hiring Schottenheimer himself, I have to give Schotty credit for building what looks to be a very good staff. It appears he has a specific plan and hired the guys he believes will make it work.

And I said Schotty picked them. Because in no universe would I believe Jerry Jones even knew who the new coaches were before they signed here.

Big fat F... Shotty wasn't even considered by any other teams as a legitimate head coach candidate that should tell you all you need to know... If he is the one calling the shots his staff deserves an F just based on his input until proven otherwise..

What if he leads us to 1-16 and the drafting of Arch Manning? Was he a good hire then?

Eberflus is the best known of the crew, and he's no Dan Quinn. He is on about the same level as Zimmer from last season. A failure.

Way too early to give any kind of grade.
First we need to see what Jerry gives them to work with then what they can do with it.
When two teams from your own division are in the NFC championship game it pretty much tells me that your spank brand new coaching staff is going to be tested hard.
Not going to be a lot of easy wins next year this new coaching staff is going to really have to work for it

I have a hunch the staff is going to do a lot better than some expect..........their biggest challenge IMO is getting players to buy in. That starts with a group of core leaders .........

The staff should be given an “incomplete” until after the end of the 2025 season; don’t see how the staff can possibly be graded when there is no body of work to evaluate.

It is a all new staff, and the HC hired all of them, and they are not buddy hires.
They are for the run type offense he wants to build. So I gave an A, because it does look promising.
