I give them a "B", simply because it seems like the Joneses are ready for a change in the process.

What difference does it make? We still have GM Jethro making the important decisions and he believes hi so the smartest guy in the room.
It does make a difference. These young coaches will bring energy and will speak up.

B
Because they are a younger staff, or seem to be. There will be fresh ideas upon a system most players are familiar with.
They can relate to any drafts picks and since many are from the college ranks. They will be familiar with many of the players in the draft.

As I been saying, recreation of the Jimmy Experience. Jimmy Johnson, not Jimi Hendrix.

I actually like a lot of these guys and what they could potentially bring.

But the HC hire actually brings down the GPA considerably.

And it seems to me they all have something in common, at least most of them, high energy very passionate on the practice field and during their coaching sessions... they're very upbeat...

Even Schottenheimer allegedly it's like that during practice the players like him he's a players type of coach he's hands on he likes to coach I mean isn't that what we liked about Dan Quinn we got about 5 or 6 guys on that practice field now and it'll be like that during game day they all seem to have that same energy...

Got one of the best NFL OL coaches and best FBS OL coach.

That signals a shift in philosophy.

Then got the WR coach who mentored Kupp, Tez Johnson and others.

Eberflus isn’t my cup of tea for defensive style but everyone else loves him.

Think this may be best overall staff potentially since days of Callahan as OC

you have to keep that in the account though who influenced the defensive hires not just Eberflues but did schottenheimer hire his assistants or did he because I know white cotton is supposed to be one of the better defensive line coaches seems like they got a bunch of high energy guys at positional coaching jobs on both sides offense and defense they seem to be passionate they seem to love to engage with the players you know clapping all the time just seems like there's a lot of energy come on and cohesiveness for all these hires seem to fit together on both sides... So if Schottenheimer was more responsible for the offensive side that means the hiring of Eberflus was able to get some of these good guys on defense as well...

Gave it a B.
Anything positive right now gets rewarded !
Proof will be when we get to training Camp and see it.
But for now, it's the only positive we have - till Jerry ruins it !

The Cowboys are rebuilding “B” for patience.
Not according to Jerry and Dak. Dak says it's our turn. Jerry says he is all in and wouldn't have spent the money he did on Dak and CeeDee if he didnt think we could win.

I voted A. I'm hoping they suck balls and we finish 2-15. Maybe that would cause Jerry to have a heart attack and....well, you know

The offensive staff is interesting, I'd say B.
The defensive staff is more concerning and I'd say a C+
So overall B-

If the Joneses was about winning this season they wouldn’t have hired Schotty and let him bring in all those college coaches. Just like last season or the previous seasons. All they want is to keep the gravy train rolling with merchandise. As long as they have Dak, CeeDee, and Parsons the Cowboys know they will be relevant enough be on the morning talk shows. Sadly the Luka trade was great news for the Joneses.

B.
Two OL coaches in the building with successful run schemes, and a commitment to the run is what I wanted.

Eberflus brings a defense based on effort and hustle, so maybe they can gel fast.
