The Brian Schottenheimer staff is now complete for his first season in Dallas. What is your grade?

Grade should not include Schotty. Just talking positional coaches only. Here is the list:

Well, depends on what you think is the best.

Is there any way to make this team a contender? Unfortunately, I don't think so.

If there isn't, then why hire a good staff? So we can win 9 games and maybe squeak in as a wild card and lose in the 1st round?

If you think a rebuild is in order, and I do, then the worse this staff is, the better!!!!!

Who we hires as coaches is almost irrelevant at this point. It's more important to get some talent for the future, so the more toward the front of the draft we pick, the better. Yes, Jerry might well mess it up again, but maybe we'll get lucky and he won't!!!

All things considered, I think they did a pretty good job filling all the coaching positions.

I gave him and his staff a B with hope of upgrading to an A. I like the selection and I like the fact that these hires appear to be driven by what Schotty wants. I look forward to seeing them get this team back to a team with legit chances of achieving a championship

Big fat F... Shotty wasn't even considered by any other teams as a legitimate head coach candidate that should tell you all you need to know... If he is the one calling the shots his staff deserves an F just based on his input until proven otherwise..

Two OL coaches in the building with successful run schemes, and a commitment to the run is what I wanted.

Eberflus brings a defense based on effort and hustle, so maybe they can gel fast.

sure if Jerry is involved a failing grade does usually follow but most of these hires have history i really like, the OC OL coach combo...they have proven run schemes..can Jerry screw this up? FOR SURE...have i seen these guys body of work yes and its good.

Absolute fact, it still comes down to the FO adding players thru FA, in addition to the draft.

You're reading their resume which is being hyped by the Cowboys very powerful media machine. At the end of the day, if MM had won just maybe 4 more games, he's the coach and it's the status quo. This is all tactical meandering...there is no hard nose strategy refined by analytics, self-scouting, etc. As you rightly said, the Cowboys have earned skepticism...and the sloppy and desperate process for hiring the head coach only showed that the rest is just all improvised. They spend more time on the press release than the self scrutiny it takes to build a winner.

for sure they have earned it, all im saying is the run game hires do have some of the best run schemes and if the FO gives them some pieces i think you might like what you see from the run game..

It is a all new staff, and the HC hired all of them, and they are not buddy hires.
They are for the run type offense he wants to build. So I gave an A, because it does look promising.

C until I see different. On paper it appears as though we have potentially a solid staff but until I see them prepare for the game snd the results its only a C. Im not drinking and kool-aid any longer.

So what. He is putting together what most fans think is a decent coaching staff. The poll is about his staff, not his hire.

that's right all hypocrites exit to the right please get off the stage because this goes for every first time NFL head coach,

we have no proof of what they're gonna do by the way it also begs the question if these guys were so good and so much better than Brian schottenheimer..​

I mean this pretty much should be used not for Jerry Jones not for the Cowboys not for Brian schottenheimer this should be for all hires I don't care how big their names are because we've seen some big names fail in the NFL head coaching you know Nick Saban urban Meyers which by the way urban Meyers you guys were crying for this dude Jerry was so stupid for hiring Mike McCarthy when he should have talked in Urban Meyer into this job Oh yeah big fail big stink that goes for Bobby Petrino was like the big time at the moment when he came into the NFL Chip Kelly had it all figured out the new super college schemes nope not a single one of them lasted more than a year in the NFL.​

So let's use this same energy for the rest of them, that's what I want to see,

if you guys are unwilling to give any positivity towards the new staff for the Dallas Cowboys, then it has to roll over for the other four teams that did the same thing, but I see people crying saying Kellen Moore we're gonna rue the day we didn't bring him here, really??? I'm not that impressed I've never seen them have their own teams but I do know this they're not gonna bring those rosters that had the all in super team built for them and they support staff with the actual head coach and the rest of those working together as a group that got them this fake grades, that they were the hot ticket, they were the name, you had to get yeah I find that all interesting that they haven't proven a thing either so I don't see the difference because a couple of other teams wanted them they're better than Brian schottenheimer...
