Do you get a "self like" when you do that?
Quite innovative if so...

Huh?
Better question is how the mother in law looks that good assuming she's "mother in law" age... she might just be hot!how old are you, 15? That actress is in her 20s bro.

It’s trash. Our poor results in big games proves that. He needed to be gone 5 years ago just like Clapping Carrot.I don't think Marinelli's scheme is trash. Hell, he's been in the NFL for years, considered one of the top defensive cordinaters for years, he had a job in the NFL like two hours after he got released in Dallas.
I think there is something to the report that was aired earlier. The problem was not Marinelli or Richard, per say. The problem was that neither had full control over the entire Defense. When Rod ran is scheme up front, the LBs and secondary were not in sink with that and it created issues. I think that's probably more of the problem.
I think Marinelli can Coach but like all Coaches, you are as good as your talent. We have not really enjoyed the talent level on the Defensive Side of the ball, we've seen Offensively IMO. Who's fault is that? Hard to say for sure but I do think the guy can Coach. I just think it was time for him to move on.
That's just my opinion.

I’ve never thought XW was going to be anything above pedestrian.Seriously..who thought that? and how do they have a job in professional football evaluation?
Bottom line,, Dez isn't now and never has been the sharpest tool in the shed.what i mean by that is Dak needs to know when to shut up and walk away from a reporter. He doesnt have to give them any ammo every time they put a mic to his face.
You can read the underlined/bold.What exactly are you confused over?
You can read the underlined/bold.
I've seen nothing that stated "he was specifically brought in to coach less talent." If you have links, that would be helpful.I certainly can and what's more, I did. So again I ask, what is confusing to you, about that statement? He was, in fact, hired to coach a scheme that relied on less talent. That's absolutely true. This is why he was brought to Dallas.
What are you confused about, with regards to that statement?
He's not horrible. I don't like that he shies away from contact and is not a physical tackler when he does show up, but to think he was going to suddenly be a Pro Bowler reminds me of how poor of talent evaluators our defensive coaches were, and how dumb our Front Office was for listening to them.I’ve never thought XW was going to be anything above pedestrian.
You need to teach him to speak in quatrains. You are my Nostradamus.

Being known as a coach who could could get more out of less talented players is one thing. Being brought in specifically for that reason is another. From 2013, no, I don't but, it's not a big secret either. I'm actually surprised that you find this questionable. Marinelli was brought in by Monti Kiffin as the DL position coach specifically because Jerry did not want to continue to pay DLs the type of money that he had to pay them. If you recall, that was also the year we released DWare, cap casualty, among others. Spencer was Tagged the year before because no agreement could be reached on a contract. DLaw was basically useless that year and you had the whole cap issue with a lot of other key personnel. Hatcher was on his way out, headed to Washington, Lissimore was gone in 2012, Coleman was gone after 2012 and Ratliff was gone after having signed an extension in like 2011 and then basically just showing up on the DL list for two years after that. He would eventually ship out and sign a deal with Chicago in 2013. All of this revolved around the contracts we had committed to earlier, including Tony Romo. This is why the change came on the Defensive side of the ball. Remember Rob Ryan and the exotic schemes that he ran, that didn't work? Yeah, we were 8-8 that year, ranked 24th Defensively. Sound familiar? This is why he was brought to Dallas. That's not on him, he was never going to get the kind of talent that allows for success in the NFL IMO. That was a management decision.

how did my post go from Dak, to you talking about dez?Bottom line,, Dez isn't now and never has been the sharpest tool in the shed.
Had all the physical ability of Julio Jones, but Julio vs Dez between the ears, is why Julio is a future HOF, and Dez is looking at his bank account and trying to get back in.
Right. That would make sense if we didn't bring higher level defenders in FA or draft early. Good call.OK, well, he was brought in for the latter.
