Where did he go? Liquor store? Bank? Friend's house?
Nope, he’s on his way to a legitimate NFL franchise.

Dak has no deal and has not signed his tag. The new CBA can not force him to do anything. He just can't be tampered with by other teams. Is that for an unsigned tag or is that for a signed player that doesn't show up like what Zeke did last year? Is there a difference?
WELL SAID..they got too cute for their own good..as per usual. Now we stand to not have 3 huge FA...GONNA lose Jones, Coop and now may have no other choice but to trade a unhappy Dak. GOOD JOB JERRY.Whether you're in the you LIKE Dak or you DON'T like Dak camp, one thing is crystal clear...……………….Jerry and Stephen ABSOLUTELY messed this entire 2020 scenario up. Their 1st mistake was not signing Dak when he was at his cheapest point (towards the end of 2018 after Amari came to town). Then, they compound THAT mistake by caving on Zeke's demands even though he had 2 years left on his deal. To make matters worse, they sign Jaylon to his extension when he was due for one THIS YEAR (after the way he played in 2019, they OBVIOUSLY could've saved $$$$). So, they waited to the last possible minute to sign the 2 MOST IMPORTANT dudes with actual expiring contracts. Even Hollywood couldn't make up such a ridiculous story.
I *think* the end of the 2018 season was the earliest they could redo Dak's rookie deal, but yeah. Either you recognize you don't want him long term and trade him, or you do want him and you sign him as early as possible for as long as possible to maximize your long term cap savings.
From the end of 2018 to 2020 there have been a ton of QB contracts that only moved the market one way, UP.
Why? Cuz we didn't sign a player that 50% of people/fans don't think deserves the payday?WE LOOK LIKE AN EMBRARRASSMENT AS AN ORGANIZATION. Just like 2019 played out on the field..this may be worse. BAD OPTICS.
This guy is not endearing himself to lots of fans right now. It's obvious he is greedy and has an over inflated idea as to his
We will not win with him at qb, that's a given now

I just know what we were prior to the Cooper trade THEN AFTER. Call me crazy..but hes a darn good player and we aren't very good without him. Why? Cuz we didn't sign a player that 50% of people/fans don't think deserves the payday?
This makes it possible to move on if we have to, or get a qb in draft. Sky isn't falling
If Dak gets a new deal, it won't go into effect until the 2021 season. He has been tagged, that is what he is playing under in 2020.truth is, we aren't gonna tag him for the entire season. At some point before June or july, we will have a deal in place to either trade him or keep him long term.
Its full on rebuild mode if we lose coop and Dak.Why? Cuz we didn't sign a player that 50% of people/fans don't think deserves the payday?

Dont over react... This tag shouldn't be seen anything more then a place holder until an extension is agreed upon.
are you sure? i thought the franchise tag could be used like a place holder and if a new deal is reached before the season starts, it takes the place of and supersedes the franchise tag.If Dak gets a new deal, it won't go into effect until the 2021 season. Still makes no sense to me the way the salary cap raises each year.the Cowboys suffering for many years because of it.
Need to resign copperIts full on rebuild mode if we lose coop and Dak.
This sure doesn’t surprise me. Should have traded Dak. Wouldn’t have got much. Anything third round or better is positive step. I’m already pitying MM unless he advised this.Theres no way Jerry is thinking this way....if anything he is probably hurt because he thought he and #4 were friends ( because that's hah it wurks wit dah Cahbaughs)....but
I've seen several mocks where Herbert and Love are available at 17.
Without having to sign his randomly available security blanket, and this OL, and THIS running game, maybe take all those cap dollars and build a defense.
Prescott can show up in week 10 and ride the bench, and see where that leaves him.
He is seriously flirting with falling out of fan favor, and I predict it gets there before this is settled.
