Have you ever considered that this board is not the end-all for Dallas fans? There are several boards and FB pages where Pappy’s views are normal. Dak is not as loved in most places as he is at CZ. This board is actually unique in the amount of Dak-loving fans, so Pappy is closer to normal representing fan support for Dak than most pro-Dak posters.

Yes, wanting a new QB is so taboo for some of these posters. I have been a Cowboys fan for 50 years and some of these guys tell me to find another team. It is not happening. I will be a fan long after Dak crashes and burns in Dallas. I just hate to see another decade with no Super Bowl wins, but I have survived the last 25 years without it hurting me too much.

Dak was a 4th round pick. Almost a 5th rounder. That is the best pick since 2016. If you want to say who the best player is since then I'd probably say Zeke but ZEke was a 4th overall pick. He's played about where his draft status was. Dak exceeded his.

I'd say Tyron Smith,,, IIRC he was the first serious OL pick Dallas made after eons of trotting out old Jags. Garrett convinced Jerry they needed linemen not the flashy splash picks.
