I like this and I don't like this. I do like him getting in shape, but it is a little troubling about his comment that he was worried about how his play dropped off last year.
That's why us that knew McCoy's play said McCoy wasn't an upgrade over Collins. But you wanted to argue every player we got was our savior even though you had no clue cause you hadn't watched him.

Hopefully you'll understand how ridiculous your comments were earlier.

Just curious what his current weight is after loosing 20lbs.
If he is at 290 and in that kind of shape would be incredible job on his part.
Most sites still have him at 300lbs, that's what is confusing as most sites don't update
frequently and just use last reported weigh in as a reference.

He will not be playing at his weight now. He is just saying he lost 20 pounds. He will probably put on 10 by the time the season starts.

Been following McCoy and Poe for years. You still haven't figured out how bad Quincy Carter was. No chance you can evaluate DT's. Leave that to the adults.

McCoy is a huge upgrade over your hero Collins and a collection of scrubs.

Never said anything about any player being our savior.

How about you put your money where your mouth is? I am willing to put it on McCoy, Neville, Poe being a big upgrade over the DT's we had last year.

If you are man enough to make a bet, we can discuss some kind of gentlemen compensation.

You didn't even know he played poorly last season. Please help everyone and sthu lol.

Resorting to Quincy Carter this early in the back and forth? Dang this is the earliest you've lost yet. Typically you wait two or three before you've run out of BS.

I didn't even like Collins all that much, keep on grasping at straws.

Let's do it! Collins was 5th amongst dlinemen in pass rush efficiency, if McCoy gets top 8 you win. What's the money babygirl?

Carolina had one of the worst run defenses in the NFL Quinfy. LOL

But nice try...……….unlike you, I have the ability to be objective even on players I tend to like.

I have no issues putting up Mccoy and Poe in 2020 up against Collins and Woods in 2019. It would be my pleasure.

What rating system would you think best to decide this? I can see you are already trying to cherry pick.

It’s impossible for someone to maintain a pure vegan diet when they do something as strenuous as play professional football hence the reason he went back to a normal diet.

Don’t care about the weight loss as long as it doesn’t affect his ability to stuff the run.
Not accurate.

The human being is an omnivorous creature no matter how much people claim otherwise. It's like forcing a dog to eat a vegetable diet. It's unhealthy and goes against basic biology.

The player himself admitted it effected his body in a negative manner.

You’re incorrect. You can absolutely have a healthy balance vegan diet that will sustain NFL players. How did Tony Gonzales do?
Vegan eating actually has been shown to reduce blood viscosity which allows the RBC’s to work more efficiently which allows better aerobic performance.
Like any diet for an athlete it needs to be done right to maximize performance but there’s an entire Netflix documentary on athletes’ performance improving after going vegan.

Plants produce all 20 amino acids including the 10 essential ones and there are plenty of options for getting protein.

It’s not for me but it can be done.

The dream of the 400 pound DT continues. :muttley:

I don't recall fat tubs in the middle of the line on the Cowboys best defenses but maybe I'm forgetting fat Lilly, fat Manster, and fat Lett.
