Dak was on pace to throw a whopping 61.1% down by 7 in the fourth quarter, with a major WHOPPING 4.6 yards per attempt and 1 INT. He also threw 3 INTs down by 1-8 points, with a 4 TD-3 INT ratio.

This guy goes into a complete shell and becomes a choke artist when he’s not throwing empty calories period, when down by a lot.

NFL.com doesn’t tally the amount of throws when down by plus 16, but it’s easily calculated. Forty of his 188 attempts while behind were from above 16 points, where he’s thrown 30 completions on 40 targets, meaning close to 80%.

All GARBAGE yardage against soft coverages meant to burn time off tire clock.

Karma finally came in after years of supporting Dak and put an end to the facade concerning our very very average QB.
He is done for the season now and depending on how things pan out with Dalton and his injury he just might be done for good in Big D.
My brother khiladi let it be for now as the cards have been laid down on the table and we all await what the dealers hold card will be.
GL to Dak as the human factor above all but in all likelihood, he has taken his last snap as a Cowboy QB.
Even Dak knows deep down he never had the qualifications for this job which is the most demanding and prestigious in the NFL!

Unfortunately for Dak, it won’t be his performance that determines the Cowboys path going forward, it’ll be Dalton’s.

If our offense slips it’s going to help Dak’s leverage. If the offense keeps scoring a lot, I can’t see Dak getting an offer close to what he got last offseason (5 years, $180 million with 3 years, $105 million guaranteed).

If we can win with a 10-15 million dollar QB, we must do so.
