I think its funny how some people are saying don't pay Dak when it shows he was the best player on the field, off the field and in the locker room. He was the leader of this team. Offense went from top 5 to bottom 5 without him.
QB wasn't the problem on this team. Heck nobody on offense other than TE or Oline was an issue.
Do people really believe just drafting a QB will help a offense that was in the top 5, QB who was leading the NFL in pass yards by a huge margin?
I mean drafting a QB top 5 doesn't really mean he will be a good QB. Could be a bust or won't even play as good as Dak.

Look at Daniel Jones drafted 6 overall, Baker Mayfield drafted number 1 overall, Sam Darnold drafted 3rd overall, Mitchell Trubisky 2nd overall, Jared Goff number 1 overall and Wentz who was drafted number 2 overall.

Good QB's don't grow on trees.

They sucked with Dak but it wasn’t Dak’s fault. Now you guys are coming up with every excuse for why Dalton sucks even though he’s shown you guys for 10 plus years why he sucks. Nothing against him. Sucked he got hurt but he is not the type of quarterback that’s going to succeed in this offense.

I'm not going to make any excuses for Dalton or Zeke or anyone else on the Cowboys. Right now they all suck. I am just questioning the logic of now that we see that we have all of these holes on both offense and defense, that we should allocate all of our financial resources on someone that can only push this team to 8-8, if we are unable to replace the other pieces because we can't afford to.

They said anyone can play in this offense. That’s what they said though.

We prefer Dak critics. Dak is nothing special. He puts up garbage time yards and points. We cant afford to pay a bus driver 35+ mill a year. We need a rebuild might as well rebuild at the QB position as well.
Keep showing your ignorance. Loving it.

They are slow man. Just playing dumb for no reason. Like Dak’s line wasn’t injured.

I realize people will look at things in a perspective that fits their narrative. Dak oline was trash too. Dak broke a lot of tackles, dodged guys, ran around. Oline has been a problem since game 1.

I don't know if anyone said they were better. I believe the overwhelming sentiment was that Prescott isn't worth what he was offered or demanded, and he certainly would not be as productive when the Cowboys couldn't afford to pay all of the talent around him. It would be interesting to see Dalton play with a healthy offensive line. I agree Prescott would play better with a depleted line because of his mobility, but they still wouldn't get anywhere with this line and this defense.

And now he’s proven to the entire world how important and good he is. Except of course the haters who have their head up where the sun doesn’t shine.

Now the “dumbs”, who to an individual said we would be better with Dalton than Dak, are acting like they knew we were going to be a train wreck without “Average Dak” and want us to go 2-14 and draft Lawrence lmao.

Kinda makes you wonder if some of the players are deliberately tanking in order to make Dak seem more valuable.
It's apparent that some circles think that it's more important for Dak to get paid than others.
Because the team has quit, and every last one should be cut tonight.
:lmao::lmao::lmao2::lmao2:I’ve heard it all now! :lmao::lmao2::lmao::lmao2:

He wasn't running for his life like the offensive line Romo once had. But Martin going out made this offensive line even worse. But again, how many games has Dak won this seasons, if we are being realistic, and how many should he have won if Atlanta wasn't stupid?
I think if everything else was equal and Dak was in we win this game. We still lose to the cardinals. I don't think it's fair to say Dak doesn't get credit for the Atlanta win because the Falcons don't know the rules. Dak won that game. I feel 3 wins right now with Dak and 5 wins for the season if Dak plays all 16 games. I can see maybe splitting with philly and beating the Giants would be the only wins Dak would get us if he was still playing. This team really sucks and what's bad is they seem to be getting worse each week instead of better. You would think the coaches or players could adjust to the scheme or at least get used to it. These guys seem more lost every game. This is just a complete failure on everyone's part, except Jerry, he's a great owner just a bad GM :muttley:
