Why was looney playing center instead of biazdiaz?
So do you want to talk about the officiating in the first half, starting off with the clear PI against the Cowboys on 3rd down that would have been a 40 yard gain for Pitt? What about the obvious fde mask when Pitt failed to get the 4th down conversion? What about the 2nd PI on third down that should have been called against Brown? I have more if you’d like to hear them or you can just continue to play the victim.

Lol, this is ridiculous. How many PI’s on Pitt did they miss in the first half? There were two, very clear PI’s ON Pitt, that were never called. There was also a critical face mask that wasn’t called. Oh that’s right, points don’t matter in the first half. IMOF, according to some of you, I guess games should only be one quarter long where every penalty counts. They let both teams play in the first half.
It wasn't until when it was down to the possibility of a team winning. ( a team with an owner a certain Commish can't stand, don't blame him), when they stopped letting one team play. It's so obvious.
And, please do not respond. I don't need to read or see anymore nonsense. Yesterday was enough.
The inconsistency bothers me as well, I can’t stand it. What I’m talking about is people complaining that it only happens to us which is why I actually use the inconsistencies to support that it happens to every team. Remember the Giants game when Slaytons TD was called back for a pick by one of his teammates? If people truly cared about inconsistent officiating they would have admitted that was a horrible call, the Giants should have for the TD and probably would have won. Instead, not a word was said, why?It is not what they called and didn't call. It is the inconsistency that bothers people. That roughing call on Jaylon Smith was technically the correct call. His hand grazed the facemask as he tried to swat at the pass. You see that all the time in the NFL. Guy swats at ball and misses, then his hand grazes the QBs head. But later TJ Watt speared Gilbert with his helmet as Cam Heyward was sacking him. No call. Either you protect QBs or you don't. Gilbert is as valuable to the Cowboys right now as Ben is to the Steelers. Every QB is valuable to his own team.
The non-PI calls could be a beef, but they didn't call them on either team. The Illegal contact call on Jaylon occurred 6 yards from the LOS. Contact like that occurs on almost every play and you could see the Steelers making contact even farther downfield. Why call it on Jaylon? Because Claypool lost his balance and fell down?
Pittsburg needed help and the refs gave it to them.
Nothing new here.
Not going for it on 4th and inches and the refs is all the recap you need for this one..
The Refs are like baseball umpires, they give the benefit of the doubt every time to a coach like Belichick or an undefeated team like the Steelers. A bunch of calls in this game we can argue, but none were egregious game changers like the Gallup OPI this year or the PI non-call in the Saints-Rams game.

Because you can’t, nice cop out.Exactly why no need to respond with this moronic nonsense. I don't have the energy or the care to explain.
The holding call on Jaylon that was a sack fumble recovery absolutely was a game changer..as was the roughing the passer which would have forced the Steelers to punt..both were game changers, one was the wrong call and one was the right call
I won't talk about the PLETHORA of missed calls and the ticky tack calls they DID make.
