Since the coaching exodus from Philadelphia after their Super Bowl win, Carson Wentz has had to carry an offense that looked more like an orthopedic wing from a Philadelphia sports hospital.
But he's a solid star and has carried the Eagles offense despite missing so much of his offensive line, receiving corps, and coaching.
He proved that last season, winning the NFC East over Dak and the Cowboys, despite Dak Prescott having all of his weapons and the lead in the division when they faced.
He has done more with less than Dak ever dared to do.
Wentz will be a solid addition to the Cowboys and allow Dak to peddle his skills elsewhere as a free agent.
That is, if Wentz and the Eagles really do part ways.
your joking no.....

Lol.. Imagine the excuses for Dak if his top 3 wideouts were out, his starting TE, His RB gone every other game, and an OL in shambles..

But yeah sure.. Let’s dumb it down to one is good and one Isn’t and ignore the reasons why.

I’m sure if Dak had these types of struggles we would just simply put it down as he is bad.
no excuses.

this is why we need to stop Jerry bashings for waiting on Dak deal, he can see what QBs in Daks Tier look like without a supporting cast.this shoud be reminder to Jones' stand your ground at 34-35 mil and try getting team friendly deal..

they paid 34mil and big guaranteed money to player they traded huge amounts of draft stock too that cant carry a team.
wentzs goof dak all similar payers in that they all need team around them i mean really good one, the OL, WR and Rb positions around wentzs have progressively got worse..

I think on the right team Wentz is still viable starter, not done, not a backup etc etc

either philly needs to invest heavily in their OL and WR group(at least a top #1 no doubt stud at WR to go with Kelce/dallas, and RB..i know sanders has looked good here and there but maybe add one to the RBBC mix..but the OL is important and wentz is hearing Ghosts , we saw Dak go through this on more then one occasion 2017 zeke suspension and losing TS, then starting 2018 3-5 and going and geting AC, as well as really look at this year putting up numbers against bad defenses but without the OL he was fumbling and throwing INT i mean hes like 7-17 of late, not all his fault but really i know its easy to ponce on wentz because of al the debates in that draft but hes not getting help especially play calling and lack of talent..weve seen this before..

those that said Carr was a bust , doesnt look li it now with talent and coaching resurrected his career, tannehill looked like Jag backup material, not now.. you win with talent unless you have a ELITE QB . you see how other teams are wining , look at the qb stats the last few weeks, how in the world does NE win that game 45-0 that basically had nothing on offense, i didnt watch the game but cam trash and yet they won..coaching, defense and talent surrounding him thats how..how does Thill and NO keep winning, its not him LMAO is Payton Jerry Jones saying he reminds him of Steve young OMG dude looks like Tebow at best, its the TEAM they win without Brees the last two years with TB etc because of the team and coaching aspect.. playing team ball..

tier 2 QBs and below have to have above average OL, WRs, TES, and defense and coaching have to be great..

Im not getting into debate on whos better between Dak, wentz, Goff, carr, cousins, tannehill etc etc etc IMO they all our bunched together

I do.

The difference is I don't change my opinions on players or teams every week like most fans do.

I've taken a wrong today / right tomorrow stance on a lot of players / teams.

Look, I was one that claimed Wentz was really good, maybe even better than Dak at one point. But living up here in Philly, I've probably seen more Eagles games than most here.

Wentz is broken. It's like he has the yips. Seems like a real risky move to take him on and then throw Dak aside. Frankly, if you want a new QB, then take one of the kids in the draft before taking Wentz.

Wentz is playing with scrubs. I would trade a 2nd round pick for Wentz if he restructures his contract to 25 million per season. Use a nonexclusive franchise tag for Dak and receive 2 1st round picks. Then use our top 5 pick on Sewell. Use all the other picks on defense.

Lol, man this board really hates Dak. Wentz is not better than Dak. If he comes here, he will come and backup the best QB in the NFC East. Maybe the NFC.

Otherwords, if they want to move on at all costs it'll be a trade, and I highly doubt they consider trading him to a division rival.

If they think he's not worth it, why *wouldn't* they want a division team to get him?

I’m not agreeing with this post but I do think Wentz could play better with us than the eagles. He’s never had much of a receiver class and this year their offensive line is even worse than ours.

I think he’s getting hit way too many times and his confidence is totally lost and he’s also trying to make too many big plays. Recipe for disaster.
