When Will McClay jumps ship this offseason, this is who will be left alone to right the ship.
Oh, no. We can't lose McClay.

cant be the talent evaluators....bringing in Worley, Poe, Never having an NFL safety, LVE having a torqued neck worse than Frankenstein, Lee/Crawford a year older, E Griffen, etc., etc.Well if it’s not the players, it’s the coaching. Gotta be one or the other. Can’t expect to go into 2021 with the same team with different results.
Yes he did. Nolan's job is in serious trouble. So he may have been dropping the company line but accidentally just told us the coaching is terrible.
Or he just straight up told us they are terrible.
Either way he's blaming coaches mostly I think.
Translation: Daddy and I are doing a great job with all of this “talent.” We are football geniuses.
the fact he is still here suggests it is not. what are we waiting for. another reason i've always said coaches are the key, gm's are but bean counters. their job is to control the cap. stephen does well at controlling the cap. talent evaluation is clearly not his forte.Yes he did. Did I miss the usual thread about the clown son’s weekly words of wisdom. If so please move. We were great against the run once

Let's see what Ben Denucci can do behind center. In other words, we've done our job.
This front office has a very high opinion of themselves.
Lol, I thought they got paid to tackle. Looks like they trying to run away from it.cant be the talent evaluators....bringing in Worley, Poe, Never having an NFL safety, LVE having a torqued neck worse than Frankenstein, Lee/Crawford a year older, E Griffen, etc., etc.
Not that coaching is even mediocre, but my god is this defense slow and timid to hit

I wouldn't say that he is going after McCarthy. I think they will protect him at all costs and force him on us for another season or 2.
Nolan is gone though.
greg williams was just shown the door. he's a far superior dc to nolan. the time to fire someone is the moment you recognize they are not performing up to standards. that time has long since passed for nolan. firings should have two effects. first is getting rid of a weakness. second is sending a message to others. No point in McCarthy or the FO throwing Nolan under the bus with 4 games left and a 3-9 record. We will see what they really think some time early in the off-season, I reckon. And of course S. Jones is in CYA mode -- like 95% of coaches and club executives throughout the league.
Better find some players.
they need to do so now. allowing the inept to remain sends a terrible message to the team. there are circumstances where kindness is a virtue. but not in the field of employment.Very rarely have we seen coaches fired in-season by the Jones family. If they decide to make a change, it will occur after the season is over.
