Thanks dude.

I am definitely looking forward to the upgraded visuals. Even on Xbox one games I play now (red dead online and division 2). I am told by folks that it makes the games look so much better.

I am currently still playing on an original Xbox one. From the first year they came out. Not even an Xbox one x or anything like that.

so it should be a big leap for me.
Oh, and be on FedEx with your hawkeyes, they dropped it on my porch in the rain wo ringing the doorbell. I live on a set of row houses, so not exactly secure to just leave it like that. I have heard they have "another address" sign off on your package by mistake, and then it's kind of free reign on that packages whereabouts. So half suspect there was someone else supposed to follow him and snatch it (I got within a minute due to our dog barking) but it was all very fishy. Why did I not have to sign?

So just be vigilant with them and have your eyes glued on that day it's in your city and out for delivery.

Thanks for the heads up.

working from home has its benefits. So hopefully I’ll be able to intercept it immediately

Got the Nioh remastered collection preloaded and ready to rock and roll here in a half hour. Being a Souls nutter and having never played either of these games, I'm freaking pumped. Got all the goodies(i.e certain substances) and im counting the seconds.

I'm currently playing 2 games right now.

Kingdom Hearts - I originally played this a little when it first came out. I rented it, got bored quickly in Traverse town and decided I was done with it. I woke up the next morning to see my ex-wife (fiance at the time) had been up all night playing it. She kept playing, and I watched a little, and because she wasn't very good, she often had me step in to defeat certain sections. The same thing basically happened for KH2, and Chain of Memories on GBA. I never felt the games were that good, but not terrible either. I saw they had the complete set, including KH3 on sale for $20 at Christmas time, and figured my daughter might like to watch the Disney characters, so I had my mom get it for me. Every time my daughter is with me, she asks to play the Disney game, so that's what I do. Most of the way through the first now, and I definitely see why I gave up on it so quickly. It's really a poorly structured game. Poor level design, limited narrative, terrible camera, somewhat clunky controls, etc. That said, it's not horrible to play either. I'm most of the way through the first game now. A long way to go through the rest of the series.

The Last of US II - Now, much to my daughter's disappointment, this one I save for when she's not around (she's 3). She loves scary things, including zombies, and has seen clips from this game, and really would like me to play it, but I don't. I really enjoy this series. I'm about 65% of the way through now, I think. I really would have been satisfied if the game had ended at the halfway point. The story was engaging, I cared about the characters, and it was lengthy enough. Now, since that point (without giving away spoilers), things are...different. I get the why of what is going on, but I'm not as invested, and I'm not sure that I care to be. But, there's still a ways to go, and I'll let things play out. It's fun to play, and the world is a great place to explore.

i loved the last of us 2.....the only gripe i have is that is was kinda long......but thats just my taste im the 6-8 hours is good enough kinda gamer the last of is 2 was about 30 hours

Thanks man. I’m pumped.

What storage card are you talking about?
I got COD but it has been kind of messing with the system/freezes and have to physically turn off on the console itself. Been kind of scared to give it another try. Was pretty fun though and liked the trigger mechanics. Felt different between a handgun and an AR (weight/kickback).

Did you get an internal HD where you opened her up? I;m scared to do that personally

So Xbox designed a NVMe expansion slot in the back of the new Xbox X/S consoles. It's a proprietary design (no surprise there) that you can buy from Seagate and it just clicks right in the back. It will give you another 1TB of NVMe memory. So you can have a total of 2TB coupled with the internal memory. The dumb thing costs $220. lol

Why do you need that much NVMe space? Found an article that had this quick explanation and borrowed it for here:
"By now, you probably know that to play next-gen Xbox Series X games, you need to store them either on the internal SSD or the official $220 Seagate 1TB expansion card. When it comes to backward compatible games, however, you can load them from an external USB drive. And if you don’t want to redownload an Xbox Series X game later, you can even store them on external USB media."

Haha feel you on the goodies, and am right there with you homie. Was waiting for today because of the upgrade and put off Nioh 2 though bought it a ways back. This is my first taste into the Nioh series and it looks slick as hell tbh comp to the older school Demon Souls (still love that game)

Oh, I bought that Werewolf game so no one else has to...yikes..how could you make playing as a Werewolf boring..they found a way smh..this game is trash lol

not “on March 3rd”

It hasn’t even shipped yet. So I am hoping that’s like a worse case scenario they just say to cover their butts lol

Very nice outside of making them buy their brand but is kinda expected. But really cool how easy it is to update. I do like the look of the Xbox more than ps5 tbh as well. Will be getting one down the line as well definitely.

Right there with you, the last half felt forced, the last bit where she goes after her the final time was just overkill; was pretty tuned out by then tbh and was waiting for the game to end. You already got whooped, and now after finding a peaceful life, you're all about petty revenge again...even after basically agreeing with that enemies reasoning, she still can't let it go even after finding out what Joel did.

Didn't really make any sense outside you got one of mine, I'm going to get one of yours mentality; with all the "mature" topics this seemed hollow, is Ellie riding for her bros to even the score, lol I mean come on.

By the way, Rogue Company is out of beta and just started its first season. It’s a mix between a hero shooter like Overwatch and Counter Strike. I guess Valorant is a good concept comparison, but Rogue Company is third person.

It has been my shooter of choice in recent weeks since my Hunt Showdown partner started another semester of law school.

Give it a shot for the low, low price of free.

Alright gents! I gave in. Just ordered a LG CX OLED TV. It was weird, when I was looking earlier my local Best Buy, they didn't have any in stock. Said I could get one by Wed. So when I finally decided to do it, I added it to my cart and it said there was one in stock. So, I'll be picking it up later this afternoon.
