If I'm lying and you call me a liar I have no issue with that. If I'm a dog and you call me a dog I have no issue with it. You and Khiladi are liars and so I called you a liar...I Don't understand the issue...most people would call you far worse.

First off comparing lying with that of a dog is nonsense as lying is a trait whereas a dog is a being. As for you calling me a liar, that is your opinion which is completely irrelevant to me and means nothing. given social media being what it is; so make your factless accusations based on nothing but opinion if it makes you feel better about yourself.

Combined Records of teams faced by each respective QB

Dak 43-37 Win % .538
Dalton 60-82-2 Win % .423
Dinucci 4-11-1 (Eagles) Win % .267
Gilbert 12-4 (Steelers) Win % .750

So Dak faced teams with a combined record just above average and Dalton faced teams with a record slightly below average. Then again given how so many point to the Dallas defense being so historically bad when defending Dak can't the same argument be used to defend Dalton? Just curious.

53% to 42% is a pretty large discrepancy no?

And I'm not really sure what you're getting at....I never insinuated Dalton didn't have it bad. My argument was that Dak had it bad too even though Zack Martin was out there the line was still bad. HE wasn't operating with a full deck either.

If you want to be literal....being a dog is also a "trait". It can be used as a noun or a verb FYI. And yeah it is my opinion you're a liar. Just my opinion.

Well, the difference between the two %'s is equal to that of a 9-7 team versus a 7-9 team.....so basically a 1 or 2 game swing which really isn't that much of a difference when looking at it in that regards.

I love how people try to downplay how good Mahomes was last season when he threw 38 TD's and went to the Superbowl.

He wasn't that good..

Let me tell you about the 1-3 Dak Prescott though.. Amazing. Pay the man.
I'm not downplaying it. Mahomes was one of the best QB's in the league last year. I'm saying for his standards he's been better. Same goes for Russel Wilson. Make no mistake, Mahomes had a very good year last year. His down year is better than everyone else's best year. But let's also don't pretend like he's a one man team either because that team was very good before he started a game. You can revise history if you want but that is a fact.

Let's don't kid ourselves. Dak faced more playoff teams in 5 games than the 9 games Dalton played in.

Dallas Cowboys 1st round draft picks since 2017:

2017: Taco Charlton BUST and released
2018: LVE JURY STILL OUT had played well then injuries
2019: NOTHING NADA CERO
2020: CeeDee Lamb Good rookie season but had some drop issues; luxury pick not a need

So Dallas isn't in much better shape in terms of draft picks. As for my point: you referenced the failings of the Rams and Eagles yet they have gone to (Rams) and won a Super Bowl (Eagles) recently whereas Dallas has done nothing.

Ok but where did I say the Cowboys were good or any of this? You are arguing with me about a point I never made lol.

I think the confusion that happened is that I Was debating with another poster on this matter and you butted in and have no idea what's being discussed here. You're arguing against a point that was never made.

Most teams are similar. Coach & QB is what separates teams.

The only way he is going to be bad is if he has a horrendous coach because not only can Mahomes throw at a high level but he also runs so well that he can buy time and make plays.

He's the best playmaker in the sport.

Don't play victim here. Both sides of this argument dishes it out just as much as the other side takes it. "OMG...the horror! Please leave the Dak haters alone....all they want to do is have a civil conversation and debate on Dak Prescott.". Please. Save that for someone else to believe.
You somehow misunderstood my comment as me playing the victim?

The same guy who regularly plays the victim card, calls people out for ranting then lays down dozens of posts ranting in every single Dak thread.

You stand out. Head and shoulders above all others. Just saying....

Carry on.

We can lose to "good teams" for a lot cheaper.

He and Dalton both can beat the trash at the same rate. Maybe Dak is better at beating the trash a game better.

Dak faced 3 playoff bound teams (Rams, Seahawks, Browns) in 5 games

Dalton faced 2 playoff bound teams (Commanders 2x, Baltimore) in 9 games

So while 'technically' your point is accurate, one could make the argument that Dalton also faced 3 playoff bound teams given he faced Washington twice. Regardless, you keep doing you as that is all that matters in this group.

That said, since your goal is somehow to compare Dak versus Dalton for some reason, let's focus solely on Dak since he is supposedly the 'franchise' QB who is asking for a massive new contract.

Dak Prescott Record versus Playoff Bound Teams By Year

2016: 3-3

2017: 2-3

2018: 4-4

2019: 1-6

2020: 0-3

So, with a career record of 42-27 Dak has a record of 10-19 against playoff bound teams and a record of 32-8 against non-playoff teams. That is one hell of a difference, no??????

Commanders were a bad football team. I'm just curious do you know what you're even arguing at this point? Not being funny I just want to know.

Nobody is debating any of this lol. I don't know about him running well...he's not a statue but I wouldn't really consider him a runner either. Aside from that though nobody is disagreeing with you on Mahomes. Still doesn't erase the fact that for as great as he is.....even he needs help.
