There's a thread right now with people saying Amari Cooper is injury prone and he's never missed a game for the Cowboys.

Why does Dak get a pass for it? This is the 3rd year in a row he's gotten some sort of injury.

Breaking your ankle is not being injury prone my friend. It was a freak accident. Before that he never missed a game. Mind you he shouldnt have played against Philly but he hadnt missed a game until the ankle, and nothing is pointing in the direction that hes missing any games because of this shoulder issue this season. Amari plays hurt. Probably shouldnt. But he is a damn good decoy when he does lol.

I speak for myself not what others say. I agree Cooper is far from injury prone but what does that have to do with Dak? Fact is outside of last season Dak never missed a game due to injury. So because someone makes a stupid statement about Cooper it means we should make stupid comments about Dak? I thought we had adults in this room.

I'm just not a fan of how Cooper is being dragged through the mud while the fanbase is babying Dak.

I agree Prescott really shouldn't have played against the Eagles. Good grief...Nathan Peterman must have been thinking he still had a genuine shot of being a starter in this league.

Playing QB with a prosthetic leg was going to be hard enough, now he's going to have a prosthetic arm to match.

It's going to be almost impossible.

I always enjoyed watching the 6 million dollar man tv series. In this case they will have to change the title to the 40 million dollar man.

again I don't concern myself with he said, she said childish games. Reality Cooper is not injury prone, yes he has played with plantar fasciitis which can be painful but he has played through it and at least in Dallas has still posted big numbers on the season. As for Dak 16 games 1st 4 years he has played in without missing a game, he breaks his ankle in week 5 last year? hardly makes him injury prone. As for getting some time off in camp with a muscle strain that is just being smart on the coaches part, why put him out there this early in camp with a strain?

Nothing to see here imo. They are just taking their time with Prescott, it's understandable and sensible.

My worry is how he will actually adapt to using his legs in a more limited capacity during a game and how he sets his feet to throw under duress after the injury.

This tweet is not accurate. Mike said the Cowboys have taken a step back with their approach on Dak (i.e. being more conservative), NOT that Dak has taken a step back.

seems like hair splitting. If they are taking a more conservative approach there is a reason for that.

I just don't get what they are trying to say when they crap on every QB that has played the game to make Dak seem better than he is.

I'll root for Dak to get healthy, but that's it until I see some fruit on that tree.

He fooled JJ into the dumbest contract I have ever seen, so I hope he does not try and fool us fans.

Not the fact that he is an average QB masquerading as a Franchise Guy and only shows up against horrible teams
