Dak Prescott Calls out ‘Bandwagon’ Cowboys Fans

I did an analysis a few years back where I looked at Drew Brees "bad" passes per game. I excluded intentional throw aways or it wasn't clear who made the mistake (things like the receiver broke inside & the ball was thrown to the boundary). His rate of bad throws was consistently single digits, generally in the 4 - 8 % range. He had one "bad" game where he was like 12%. During that same period, Dak's best game was like 15%. He was generally in the 25% range with one game being above 30%.
Now Dak has improved since then so I'm not saying this is the case now BUT it clearly demonstrates how far he was from being elite. I mean three bad passes out of thirty is still 10%. It's a lofty target, but the best in the game do it consistently.

Most of those are open receivers (running backs, short routes), Dak is not very good at hitting receivers in motion or anticipating the break. Check how many of those passes completed were under 5 yards before additional yards.

Dak is smug and thinks HE knows more than we fans do as far as the lack of playff history over the last 25 years, OR he just is ignorant and he REALLY believes what he says. The fans are pretty educated pertaining 2 this teams recent history. He's not giving the fans the benefit of the doubt here. Maybe he lives in a bubble or echo chamber. Winning cures all.

Tad? Are you talking about Dak's brother? Is there some story I've missed out on with Tad and a contract?

Aside from Tad mysteriously working his way into your comment, you telling another man how he should handle himself in front of a microphone is ridiculous. Dak has handled himself in such a way that he's pretty well thought of by just about everyone that pays attention.

You have to remember that these guys give tons of interviews. Each one of those people asking questions is trying to squeeze something juicy out of them. Trick questions. Leading questions. Out of context reporting. They give interviews all the time and almost everyone of those things is a setup. Dak handles them pretty well. I'm assuming, perhaps incorrectly, that you've given very few interviews that are intended for the papers or TV.
