There is no “overflowing talent” relative to the rest of the NFL.

The Vikings, for example, have Dalvin Cook, Alexander Mattison, Justin Jefferson and Adam Thielen.

The Colts have the #1 rushing attack in football... compare that to what we have with Anemic Zeke.

The Rams have Cooper Kupp and Odell Beckham Jr.

What makes you think Dallas’ weapons are SO amazing that it strips the QB of any credit????

Compared to the majority of the league Dallas has overflowing talent on the offensive side of the football. Sorry you can't understand this. I too can single out certain teams. Hence majority

People have already covered why we have great offensive stats. Doesn't need to be covered again

Our best offensive games happen when we run the ball well. There is no denying that, I would guess that is generally true for every team in the league.

If a team just has to defend one or the other, it becomes much easier to defend.

When the running game is relevent, Dak eats off of play action and boots. No running game and this offense is hard to watch

Dan Marino was one of the few qb I can remember that could light it up with no running game.

Who else we got like that?

The biggest reason is our QB, the most important position on the field.

Unless you’re such a dunce that you think Cooper Rush would have us at 11-5 with the #1 scoring offense as well.

Its such a weird stat . It should come with an asterisk .
* The Cowboys are the #1 offense unless its a good team and we need to actually score to win.
Right, the Cowboys are the only team in the league with weak teams on their schedule, and they’re the only team in the league that has more success vs weak teams than they do vs strong teams.

A well balanced team. You're not going to get a realistic answer from those who blame one thing and make excuses like it's our schedule.

And yet we’re #2 in total yards/game.

Try again.
33 turnovers is 33 extra possessions or instant points. Less TOP for the other team too. It’s a huge contributing factor. Early on this offense earned that #1 ranking. Back half of the year they got a ton of support to keep it.

The obsession with "credit' here cracks me up.

Win a championship. I don't care who gets credit for it. But until that happens stop celebrating lesser things. They're meaningless.

It’s not Zeke.

It’s not the OL.

That leaves the passing game.

And who’s most responsible for the passing game’s success?

Hmm.

Do yourself a favor and just get a Dak tattoo on your arse and become his pen pal all while being the President of his fan club because you look desperate on here by defending him with these boy crush threads.

Yes, it’s football and everything affects everything. We know.

Did you know that the offense’s success helps the defense create takeaways too?

These mental gymnastics to try stripping Dak of credit is hilarious.

The starting QB gets little to no credit for the team being #2 in yards/game and #1 in points/game?

Grasping at straws. Comparing an above average quarterback to a back up quarterback who barely qualifes for a backup position lolz.

Never did I say Dak didn't contribute to those numbers. Simply look at why we have those huge numbers

Create another thread in which you cry to a bunch of strangers on a Cowboys message board about how much your real life SUUUUUCKS.

We have the huge numbers mostly because our offense has kicked butt overall.

Not so much as we did earlier in the season, but through 16 games, that’s their overall ranking.

I’m so sorry that Dak’s overall success has you shook.

Unfortunately the Oline has been a huge factor for Zeke/Pollard not finding seams. Therefore, the RPY has decreased dramatically for both.

It’s good to see a thread filled with your delusion met with smart posters calling you out on it.

Pollard will eventually find them if you give him the ball enough and when he does good things happen.

When Zeke finds it you’ll be lucky for a gain of 10.
