There is light mainly cause rest of our division is down. If not we’d be a borderline playoff team.
and we won't go 6-5 in the other games we lost them by less them 3 points in 3 of them 6 in one and 10 in another, less mistakes and those are wins. Got it? how that for a alternate view.We won't go 6-0 in the division next year.
The Eagles (3), Giants (2), & Washington (1) have 6 picks before our first pick in the upcoming draft.
can say that for all 32 teams then.At this point, I would have to say the hope of the future lies on one of two plans:
Both are pretty much based on luck.
- The Broken Clock Plan- you know- where the time is right 2 times in 24 hrs.
- The Blind Squirrel Finds A Nut Plan- 100% luck.

The objective is not to make the playoffs. The objective is to win a super bowl. This team has no chance as constructed and the talent base will continue to erode as the team comes to terms with the consequences of Dak's rich contract. Dak is 1-3 in playoffs games over his career and was 1-5 this year against playoffs teams not in Philly. So, I'm not sure from what your hope emanates. Dak is going into his 7th season next year trying to prove he's more than a paper tiger who pads his stats against bad teams and in garbage time.
There are winners and losers. We are losers! Doesn’t matter if we’re 12-5 or 5-12. JJ has conditioned many to accept mediocrity as greatness. We are in the same boat as we’ve been in for 25 plus years.I love how this fan base gets excited, then we lose like the other 31 teams and then its ALWAYS Doomsday around here. Yea it's been a LOOONG 26 plus years! However I remeber the horrible years in the late 90s and early 2000s. I wonder how we'd all feel just winning 4 and 5 games every year?!. We could be the lions etc lol. Don't give me the we are in the same boat as the lions and jets blah blah!
the offensive line played better it was better, the run game was better the play calls were more balanced all of it tired of the dak narrative. Teams advance to the sb takes team all..easy to see even a qb playing near perfect game like Allen did and they lost hes sitting at home as well ig the goal is the sb he lost.He won 13 games in his rookie year because they played a certain way.
Someone thereafter decided they wanted to change that and feature him and he got exposed.
They CAN win with him but they need to use him a certain way, and also nail every draft because of what they are paying him.
Impossible? Nope.
Unlikely? Meh not sure.
Probable? Wouldn't say that.
How bout every 27 years?Wrong......objective is to get to the playoff and give yourself a chance at the big dance. Noticed how coaches refused to talk about Super Bowl during the season. My point, build a team that consistently win/competes for the division. Don't get me wrong, of course, you wanna win a Super Bowl but it's unrealistic to expect the think you're building a team good enough for a "super bowl" every year.
If you want to use stats, Dak's QBR since he came into the league: 77.6, 70.0, 55.2, 71.9, 73.1, 54.5Dak’s QBR this year was 54.7. Matt Stafford has only been that low once in the last 7 years. Don’t let Detroit deceive you
Well, yes.the offensive line played better it was better, the run game was better the play calls were more balanced all of it tired of the dak narrative. Teams advance to the sb takes team all..easy to see even a qb playing near perfect game like Allen did and they lost hes sitting at home as well ig the goal is the sb he lost.
this tears early exit is not dak issue its an OL issue, OC issue OLC issue sure he was nt perfect but he didn't get help from his team, period. case in point 14 penalties NOT on Dak. playing 1st and 20 half the series isnt recipe of success..you telling me qb has to be so good he overcomes all the other mistakes by the rest of his team??
give that a break already.

Hey bro, stop bogarting whatever it is you're smoking. Give others a chance to get baked like you obviously are. Share dude! When you look at the landscape of the division and the future of the conference, Cowboys future looks bright:
-NFC East teams outside of Cowboys still look bad.
-NFC South-could have 4 rebuilding teams when Brady/Ryan retire
-NFC North-worse then the NFC East after Rodgers leaves or retires. Fields/Goff don't scare anyone.
-NFC West-Stafford is at the end of his career, Wilson probably departs, Murray/Lance
There is no reason to believe the Cowboys cannot be a playoff team with a high seed for many years to come, barring injuries. Yes, I still believe that Dak is good enough to win a SB in this league, despite all the hate he receives on this board.
If you want to use stats, Dak's QBR since he came into the league: 77.6, 70.0, 55.2, 71.9, 73.1, 54.5
Stafford: 37.1, 50.1, 60.5, 57.7, 53.5, 44.7, 58.3, 65.2, 65.3, 51.3, 71.3, 61.3, 63.8
With Dak it's never about the stats but the timing and coming up small against better defenses.
And my point wasn’t that Stafford is so much better than Dak, but that him being “not very good” is a silly assessment based entirely on everything that’s wrong with the Lions. Dak had a fantastic year this year IMO, and it’s not too indifferent from what you could expect from Matt
Dak had a fantastic year ? You should watch the games. And don’t come back with lame stats.
