In these situations, your money maker of the group isn’t the shooter. At worse, he will tagged an accomplice in the car.
Very true. But...even as an accomplice and already refusing to talk to the police or name names, he's in serious trouble with the law. I don't see how he continues being a Cowboy unless he proves he was not in that vehicle during the drive-by shooting/murder.

Still waiting on more "proof" but it's not looking good. Definitely got to wonder if the FO is looking for a plan B in case this does have more teeth to it for more CB depth/talent

PS
Someone check if Bossman has an album called I killed Cameron Ray

From what I’ve read, he’s spoken to police and cooperated. The reports I read eliminated him from being the shooter

Am I missing something or is the best case scenario that he is an accomplice to murder? There’s literally video evidence of him and his boys doing it right?

You are missing something....do we know know who was in the car? The driver of the car is an accomplice and the shooter charged with murder, the other two will depend upon the extent of the involvement.

Cooperated how much? Has he said if he was in the SUV or not? That's good if the police have eliminated him from being the shooter, but it would be good to know what more he told them or not.

If the other two are not saying much of anything, doesn't that pretty much implicate them by refusing to cooperate?

Unless they report the homicide immediately that they witnessed, they are accessories I believe. So if he was in the car, he was an accessory because he certainly didn't report it.

How did they know that a homicide took place?

If he was with the group that was with the gunman, he's guilty as well. Thats basically it in a nutshell. He will have some level of guilt legally, I promise ya. You don't need to pull the trigger to be guilty. Translation, we better get ready for life without him this year at least.

Did someone fire a gun aimed at someone and he was there? huh...he didn't report it. Accessory. That's assuming he was in the car, but the evidence so far suggested he knew at least some of what was going on.

Innocent or guilty, he put himself in a stupid position and will likely do so again. Cut him. Give his roster spot to someone who wants to play football, not play thuglife.

DeSean Jackson is associated to gang members but still hasn’t been arrested or to jail. Not condoning his actions or saying he should keep a job.

Just saying a lot of these guys are connected to where they grew up

KJ may be a dummy and hasn't figured out how to separate the 2 things yet. He's young.

And your point is? This didn't happen where Joseph grew up. He grew up in Louisiana. This happened in Dallas. He had a football career ahead of him with the opportunity to make millions and what does he do? The best thing for the team is to cut him. It sucks to need a CB, but the NFL at the minimum will suspend him for being present so we can't count on him anyway...and that's at the minimum if he isn't charged with being an accessory.

I hope he gets his life turned around and straightened out and stops hanging with people willing to kill others. I just hope he doesn't do it as a Cowboy because he's a detriment to the team at this point.
