Too bad Prescott wasn't with him . It would be a good excuse to get rid of this bum.
lol this isnt a CSI TV show.
Real CSI teams and detectives are not as good as what you see on those tv shows.
It took them 3 weeks or more to id his necklace, and then they ANNOUNCE they want to talk to him, which would allow him to lawyer up and get rid of any evidence.
By making this public, they just made their job much harder.
they might eventually catch the shooter, and figure out who was in the car, but even better odds on that they never solve the crime.
True, but it would be smart for the Cowboys to cut him now because he was there.
I've been to hundreds of parties in my life. Do you know how many murders there were in total? Zero. Do you know how many fistfights? One. It's about who you choose to hang out with and when you do it. He's shown that he's a moron. Cut him before he becomes a problem if he already isn't because his history show's he's already one.
he could be charged with accessory to homicide.
he could also be fired by Dallas, with cause, which could void his deal.
Somebody in that Crew gonna start singing like a songIt doesnt worry me. It isnt a cowboys offseason until someone is in legal trouble. This is our 1 for the year.
If hes smart he gets a lawyer for him and all his ppls and they say absolutely nothing to the police
This the dumbest thing I ever read, if you're in a car with someone who shoots someone and you know and do nothing, then yea, youre an accessory. You expect them to let you go if you try to hide it?lolThis only happens to black men. Dont have to shoot or even be involved other than being around and end up doin life. Another "war on drugs" law.
Accessory to murder and some states call it the Law of Parties. If he in that car texas will charge him with murder too. Down south states are big on those jus watch first 48.
No, He was baiting you by asking you who Kevin Joseph was (you left out the L in his name)…So you aren’t even aware of Kelvin Joseph? The guy you are commenting on? You thought he and PAC Man Jones were the same person?
Did someone fire a gun aimed at someone and he was there? huh...he didn't report it. Accessory. That's assuming he was in the car, but the evidence so far suggested he knew at least some of what was going on.
Innocent or guilty, he put himself in a stupid position and will likely do so again. Cut him. Give his roster spot to someone who wants to play football, not play thuglife.

He from Louisiana? He better call Boosie's lawyer if he needs itAnd your point is? This didn't happen where Joseph grew up. He grew up in Louisiana. This happened in Dallas. He had a football career ahead of him with the opportunity to make millions and what does he do? The best thing for the team is to cut him. It sucks to need a CB, but the NFL at the minimum will suspend him for being present so we can't count on him anyway...and that's at the minimum if he isn't charged with being an accessory.
I hope he gets his life turned around and straightened out and stops hanging with people willing to kill others. I just hope he doesn't do it as a Cowboy because he's a detriment to the team at this point.
They his cousinsEven if it wasn’t him
Why is hanging out with the kind of guys who do that stuff over a fist fight
I've never heard that you have to report a homicide and even if it did the law wont say you have to report a potential homicide.
He knew what was going on?? Did he, you're assuming, the intent would need to be established and is why the police want to see the potential participants. If he shoots, drives or encourages the shooting then he faces charges, if he happened to be in a car then he wont. In France he would be facing charges of not preventing a crime....but I don't like that's a legal standpoint in America.
You are correct that being involved in such a group of 'friends' seriously brings into question both his character and his dedication to sport and if he's innocent i'd make him work out in front of the whole squad so he can prove his worth (or not).
