Yeah the video is hard to spot KJ and it's hard to determine if he was in the fight. I agree it would be really damning if that elevator video was recorded after the shooting. I don't know what to say. I'm hoping he's not involved and cooperates with the police and clears his name. I hope for justice for the family of the victim and if KJ is a part of that then he'll have to deal with it. Just sad. I hope by tomorrow or sometime soon there is more conclusive evidence and this gets dealt with one way or another.
I didn't think of this . . . I hope it's not true

Why? Because he was at the scene of the crime? It doesn't say he was involved in the fight or really had anything to do with it at all. I don't know much about the area he was in, so maybe it was somewhere he shouldn't have been, but it doesn't say he did anything wrong. Being labeled a person of interest doesn't necessarily mean you are a suspect.
That's exactly what it means

Or cooperates and he get immunity, and nothing happens. he may have had good reason to be scared to dime out someone that just killed someone. Witnesses do this all the time..they don't come forward until forced too. if they than ccoprate tell the truth nothing happens at all.

And the league will probably still suspend him. He placed himself in that situation. It sucks, but he potentially torpedoed his own career from this.

Best example of this situation and why it will be hard to charge Joseph. Ray Lewis’s friends murdered two people. This is a similar case. There was no evidence to link Lewis to the murders and his attorney destroyed the DA and embarrassed the prosecutor in court.
But, if Ray Lewis played for the Cowboys he'd probably still be in jail....that said, this is no laughing matter. Hope he wasn't directly involved and uses this to change his life, like Lewis did.

Also if they can’t charge him as an accessory, they can try to charge him with conspiracy to commit murder. if they can prove the crime was premeditated, and Kelvin knew they were returning to the nightclub. (In this hypothetical where he’s in the SUV)

They very well could. From what we know so far, it does look premeditated...and he chose to continue hanging out with them. The truth will probably come to light. Either way, the Cowboys should just dump him and not rely on him.

Let’s see if he gets arrested first. The league won’t do anything until Joseph is arrested. As of right now they don’t have any evidence to do that. Joseph admitted he was at the site of the evidence but that proves nothing. The video of him proves nothing. Zeke pushing the security guard in Vegas was worse.
see ZEKE. He wasnt arrested. What did the league do?

The same thing happened to Ray Lewis. But the Atlanta (?) prosecutors were dumb in trying to charge him with murder. Trying to catch the big fish. Should have charged him with a lesser charge. Likely would have got a conviction.

Basically. These guys want to clutch their pearls talking about he's a "thug" lol. They ain't seen a real thug yet lol.

I think that depends on your definition of it.

Thug
noun
  1. 1.
a violent person, especially a criminal.

The people being discussed with him did indeed choose violence and possibly committed murder. By definition, that makes his associates thugs.

This only happens to black men. Dont have to shoot or even be involved other than being around and end up doin life. Another "war on drugs" law.

Accessory to murder and some states call it the Law of Parties. If he in that car texas will charge him with murder too. Down south states are big on those jus watch first 48.
Its because The Esquires turned Justice into a Fast Food Menu . . . and everything is up for negotiations..

Worst Cowboys offseason ever.

But, still better than Washington’s offseason.

Cry me a river. I'm not condemning him or saying he should go to jail. I'm saying his choices are a detriment to the team and as such he should be cut. This is a Cowboys fan forum. Get over it.
