Nope. The video of him helping his thug friends attack the victim, the video of him ID'd wearing his trademark necklace while in the same clothing, plus how he erased all of his pics on Twitter, etc. Just watch. He's going to be guilty of being in that SUV as well when it's all said and done.

Those pics are still on Twitter's server if it works anything like Facebook. All they have to do is subpoena Twitter if they have reason to and get a judge to sign off on it.

Front office continues to draft headaches like this. Infuriating.

I just opened that link to Pac-Man Jones.

It's unbelievable that we wanted him anywhere near this team. I don't know what's wrong with jerry. My guess is adding these players is all for publicity. It keeps him in the spotlight. He doesn't care if it destroys the team.

If that was true. Joseph would be in police custody by now. You act like the guy was curved stomped. Time will tell. But you are way to dramatic on this one.
Oh another Pom Pom waver. Joseph should have never been picked. He’s another “guy with issues risk” the cowboys have taken in the second round. By Jerry’s own admission. Further proving this team is his personal fantasy football team that just happens to print money.
This FO doesn’t care about winning. Period

Just that experience proves that often what really happened is exactly or very similar to what any reasonable person would have guessed based simply on the circumstances presented.

Are there exceptions to the general rule? sure.

Again, what do the circumstances indicate? If you are among a group involved in a fight with a person who is shot shortly after that, then circumstances indicate that you probably have some information about the shooting. That's it.

Are there other circumstances that you are using as a "reasonable person" to draw conclusions beyond that. As far as everything I've read goes, we don't know the circumstances beyond him being with the group when it got into the street altercation and being identified being in an elevator with the group. Anything else is speculative.

The general rule is don't assume anything beyond what is known.

To many you are right are there are other undertones in this thread and that is all I will say.

I don't know what he did. I don't know if he's innocent or guilty. I hope he's innocent for his sake. But he chose the people he hung out with and they apparently killed a man. He allegedly aided in a fight against the guy beforehand. He's now a detriment to the team. It sucks for him but what's best for the team is to drop him now.

Hopefully he realizes those people are dragging him down.

Most of the players I've picked in recent years have turned out to be studs.
Oh that I don’t doubt. The problem is with mock drafts is players drop because of algorithms not because of life. That’s more so what I meant brother. I drafted parsons in a mock last year at like 26 lol. I traded down. In real life that doesn’t happen. And to think. Our front office tried to not pick him by trading down. They get lucky. It doesn’t make them good. I have no doubt half of this board could draft better than the cowboys. But this FO also needs to stop treating the off-season like FA is the Black Plague and try to fill every hole via the draft. It’s a horrible strategy

He has a long history of being at the wrong place at the wrong time. Guys like him always are.

That's why he was at Kentucky. He got kicked out of LSU.

For a violation of team rules. Do you know what that violation was? It's amazing that with as little knowledge as we have about Joseph that so many assumptions are made. I've tried to look up his history of trouble, and the only thing I can find is that violation of team rules. I don't see that as a "long history of being at the wrong place at the wrong time."

If you know more, please enlighten me because I'd love to know.

Of course Dallas favors only the highest quality guys...

Look the owner just had to again settle a hush money situation for a love child. The same owner that preaches responsibility and character.

This organization just sucks.

All that said let’s hope that Joseph isn’t a part of this. Directly or indirectly.

He's at the scene of a murder after hanging out with the wrong group of people. And do you really think LSU kicked him off the team just for weed? That was the last straw. The guy is ultra talented.

Are you intentionally being coy?

I wanted the Florida St. corner. I just believe your innocent before proven guilty. I guess I like being an American. You have person of interest guilty of murder with no evidence. That tells me all I need to know about you.

I think its the point man. We are constantly burning 2nds on problematic players who either lack in maturity or health.

Jerry looks at upside and it bites him in the @#$ over and over. It's a poor philosophy and it's set us back repeatedly.

Innocent or not Joseph shouldn't be in those situations. He is an NFL player and he has to be more savvy in who he surrounds himself with. The thug life nonsense will only bring him down.

I know what it is. We took a flyer on Larry Allen back in 1994 and he's been hooked ever since.

My point is that it's a Cowboys fan forum. It's about what is best for the team as a whole and not individual players. Sometimes players struggle and make mistakes, sometimes it is repeated by the same player. At what point is it okay to just shrug it off when it's hurting the team?

Don't you want the team to improve? I do. I have nothing against Joseph as a person. I hope that he gets away from the elements dragging him down. I just don't want his actions to hurt the team.

Just think that post was just ever so slightly hyperbolic....straw breaking camel's back, cracking down on such culture and sending messages.

Just like his belief he fired Switzer too soon, and so JG gets a decade. We were irresponsible with the cap and now we are overly conservative in FA.

I've said it before, Jerry is the king of over correcting.
