I take nobody's word for it because I have the ability to form my own opinions about things instead of piggy backing off someone else opinions.

But hey, to each their own.
Lol!
Well that's pretty ignorant. Not only do you purposely pick out the things in my post to be a contrarian, but you're not smart enough to admit people are smarter than you.

I mean, what the hell does Joe Theismann know about severe lower leg injuries?

I agree 100%.Jerry was never fully sold on Dak.If he was he would have signed him at the time of Goff & Wentz signings for less $ than he wound up having to pay.I think they know what they have,a mediocre QB.Jerry, the ultimate salesman, of course trying to sell him as elite, so the fans keep spending $.
They obviously didn’t know what they had when they drafted him.

But as much as I’m a critic of our owner and his agendas I’d argue he thought Dak was more than an average or mediocre QB when he resigned him.

I do agree part of the allure was his marketability.

Well them "figuring" they can do something when they want is part of the problem.

These guys have got to stop being babied so much. If you have a weapon, use it, because you don't know how many opportunities you'll get.
I'm not trying to rip Prescott at your type of level, but coddling him in several ways has certainly been part of the plan that hasn't paid off.

The world says Dak shouldn't run the ball any last year?

I need a link to this poll, and I need to file a complain, because I wasn't asked when this poll was conducted.
I was speaking generally when you stated you don’t listen to any opinions contrary to your own forming your own opinions. I didn’t even know what you were responding to.

But I’d think after the gruesome injury he recovered from that running the ball last year wouldn’t have been encouraged . And I’m not sure I’d encourage it this year either . Especially not publicly like this .

No, what is ignorant is piggy backing off others opinions and using them as your own.

I know lots of people that broke their leg before. That don't mean I believe they are qualified to know if someone should run the football or not a year and a half later after it's fully healed and you've played a whole season on it.

Think for yourself, bud. That's all I'm saying.

Dak will always be a product of his surroundings.Doesn’t have the ability to make others better, needs others to make him look good.

Did you know any QB in the NFL that broke their leg before ?

Just any dick out there doesn't count . Unless your Dr Mountaineer. Lol

I listen to all opinions and have no problems with them.

He played an entire season of football on that leg. He could have ran in that playoff game.

They coached him scared (they just admitted that) and Dak played scared.

You don't waste playoff opportunities because you don't know how many of them you're going to get. You do whatever it takes when it's playoff times. The Cowboys and Dak apparently don't subscribe to doing whatever it takes to win.

We might never make the playoffs with Dak at QB again. It's not a given. These things aren't guaranteed.

So why waste a playoff birth by being scared to use him correctly?
Cowboys still top Forbes list.....They DONT CARE! LOL. Because schmucks will keep watching and buying merchandise every single year, AT&T will be sold out every game. Staying mediocre and relevant is the goal. Jerry has said it himself. I am shocked anyone is still surprised by this.

At what point does the leg no longer become a viable excuse for Dak?

I'm genuinely curious? Does he get that excuse from you next year also? Does it have an expiration date?

I’m not sure . That was an extremely gruesome ankle beak. One that could be a hindrance for the rest of his career.

I’d consider him damage goods. That’s what I call myself after each surgery.

Clearly a few defend this sort of babying of a player and it's pretty gross.

You're in the playoffs. You're either doing all you can to win or you're not. The Cowboys HC is right here on record saying they did not use everything in their power to win. Who's to say Dak and McCarthy ever get another chance to do it?

This fanbase has fallen so from since the 90s.

Not an excuse, the coaches did not want him running last year, he had spent the entire off season rehabbing from his injury. This year he has had a full off season up to this point forced on the game and getting into football shape.

Hopefully more than he knows about physicists. ;)

So are you okay with them playing it safe in a playoff game?

Are you okay with not using everything to try and win that game and advance?

We have no idea if we ever make the playoffs with Dak again, so saving him for later is stupid and should be a fileable offense.

I'm not okay with how they handled the usage of Dak during the playoffs. Are you?
