Man you want me to spoon feed you visual evidence of him leading receivers. Do you even watch the damn games? Damn social media got y'all all messed up. Y'all want to be spoon fed 7 second clips....
lol, see. Just talk. Can't show one clip of him leading a receiver open. Not one.

Holy crap, sometimes this place is just toxic. It's a good little video, highlighting a good game for Robinson, and people wanna turn it into YET ANOTHER Romo vs. Dak thread.

I was noticing how I missed watching the way Romo threw the ball, and his quick release, but I didn't want to even mention that, because I knew it would turn into something stupid, even though it had nothing to do with any other QBs.

I don’t know where to find them but when I do I’ll happily tag you when I run across it. People typically don’t have highlights of simple slant passes so it’s gonna be tough to find.

I remember when he got here. Many fans were upset, assuming he lacked talent. Turns out, he worked out pretty well. Not that we helped us win a SB, but he definitely outplayed the expectations of most fans.

Side note, funny to see Barby Carpenter playing for the Lions. Brought back bad memories.

Parcells whiffed on that pick.

That’s great news I didn’t know it started already…..1st ballot….
I thought it was 5 years....I might be wrong.
There is a website named 'Future Football Legends.com'. It has all types of information -- players already enshrined; those who will be inducted next month - Class of 2022; the 2022 finalists that didn't make it in, etc.
Under a particular year, it lists former NFL players that become eligible for the HOF at that time
I don't know how accurate the yearly projected lists are.
The site is well worth a look.

There's really nothing wrong with noting Romo's play....delivering the ball to Robinson. He does have a crisp sharp throw, good spiral and excellent location. He's a Cowboy and looks great in this vid...along with Robsinson excellent game. I say the traits you and some others noted are critical in helping WR excel. ROmo had a handful of superior receivers and...apparently...a lot of average ones that did well here but not so great eleswhere...for whatever reason. It's juts the fact.

The problem happened - became "toxic" when people objected to the praise. There's some insanity involved in that, I think.

Unfortunately, this was also the greatest game in Bobby Carpenter's career.

Yep they both under achieve no doubt. Let’s see where Dak is when he has as many years in league as Romo

neither is completely at fault though

That's true. Let's hope to get to a Championship game.....that would tilt the scales in a lot our minds about the team and the quarterback...

Not true. His best game was actually against the Cowboys when they played Detroit on Thanksgiving. Cowboys were up by 20 plus at the half and Romo came out throwing. Carpenter picked him off (I believe for 6) and we ended up losing that game.

I mean. Randall Cobb looked great with Dak throwing him the ball, looked horrible in Houston (not that it means anything) and then looks kind of ok in GB with Aaron Rodgers. We can do this dance all day.

There's probably no one clip(s). I would recommend pulling up Dak season or career highlights. Then just give a time stamp(s).

You have to measure how sincere people are...to go through the effort. Sometimes people aren;t gonna watch or agree no matter how legit you get.

Roy Williams was already in a tailspin before the ******* owner traded for him. How did Robinsons career look before and after being a Cowboy?
No he wasn't. Unless you're referring to injuries. The injuries had started kicking in, prolly due to his lack of body armor, but he was still effective.

Not sure what "this" we are doing at this point.

that game pissed me off so much. I struggled with liking #9 but if there is game that tilted the scales for me that may be it. And the excuses made for the man. then he earned me back in 14 but his legacy pretty much got cemented in 15 and 16 which is sad because he really was trending up

Eligible. Hes never getting in. Nor should he.
Agreed. As Starfan ...occasionally...reminds me...I liked him very much. Admired even...for what he was able to do against odds and expectations. Undrafted....means no one thought much of him...and he..came pretty close.

But HoF....nope.

Probably would be cool to see him on the ring.
