By we, I meant the FO lol. I thought Chaz might be ok, but yeah, he was a used dishrag.
His scouting report said he was a lightly built oft-injured yahoo who could be ungraded w/ a speed bump.

And honestly, he would've been available in the 6th round, why waste a 3rd?

Yes, but it's still ridiculous that it took a case where the league's own investigator stated that a suspension wasn't warranted to figure out that such a thing was needed. That's all the more reason that this is even worse in my view. What more did the league need there? They had the one person that interviewed the accuser who stated that it was rubbish. If Zeke had say, an NY on his helmet, he'd have gotten away with no suspension. But, because it's a star, he got 6 anyway. The only thing arbitrary about his case before was how Goodell feels about us.
Then tell Jerry to quit fighting the league.

Disagree. You and I are perverts. If our “offenses” went to court, THEN it’s criminal, like Watson. Rose bet his team would win. How does that “affect the integrity of the game”? You’re right about different galaxies, though, and Watson is the criminal!
Minor criminal.

Fixing games is a major crime. That's why you cannot bet on the sport you are assoiated w/. Think of it this way. Rose bets his team will win today. Soooooooo, he pulls out all stops, completely uses up his pitching staff making him lose the next 3. Think about it.

Or, what if there is a point spread involved?

Betting on his own team changes the way he coaches. Major, major crime.

We know where you stand on this issue.

We can just add this to the long list of things you're on the wrong side of, k?
Dak will be a top 5 quarterback and lead us back to NFCCG.:eek::eek:. in all seriousness I think the league should stay out of these matters.

IMO, the NFL will put out a statement saying how egregious what Peepeeslap did was, then talk about their stances, maybe throw some contributions at some charities, then announce that they'll let this stand even though they disagree.

Just how it's done.

Creeper, here is a good quote:
Better to Remain Silent and Be Thought a Fool than to Speak and Remove All Doubt

If you disagree with me, the by all means, state your case so we can better understand each other. There is no need to imply insults.

This situation will end up costing Watson 22 games and millions of dollars, along with endorsement deals. He won’t likely get any TV work after football. He’s paying a heavy price.

Unless they do the usual and appeal the suspension down to 4 games!!!

He really should if that's what's hurting us.
Oh, it absolutely is.

Jerry wants to be part of the good ol' boys club, but wants to do whatever he wants. They keep slapping him back into place. Remember when he tried to shove a pile of salary into the uncapped year? Slap. He and Schnyder both. They were the only two owners who bucked the league. Slap. League suspends his player for 6 games. Instead of throwing himself on the mercy of the NFL and getting it reduced to 4, he unwisely led Zeke to sue. Slap.

The NFL, through Goodell, can get excessive penalties called on us at will. Slap.

If Jerry would cut his crapp, we'd be much better off.

Why would he do that? You really think the NFL is going to open up a huge can of worms just to increase it 2 games?

If there is significant backlash from the media they would. Probably why the process allows the NFL a 3 day period to appeal after the ruling has been made.
