Sounds like Jerry has been reading fan comments somewhere :D
Lol, I would love to know if Jerry reads this forum. I can imagine him chugging a bottle of Jack and reading away. I'm convinced Tad and Skip Worthless read this forum.

Lots of Ohio transplants in the area so there will be a lot of orange there on Sunday. Or as Jerry calls it, "new money".

doesn't look like many people are buying tickets at the moment...I bet you are right though and the tickets get all bought up saturday and sunday morning. Not my bengals fans though and this is the reason the prices have dipped below face value.

Washington is here in a few weeks and if they have a winning record at the time there will be enough commanders fans to keep the prices up. Then Dak will be back and the prices will stay up...this week though if anyone has ever wanted to go is the week to go...looking at seat geek these are like texas stadium prices....there are tickets in the 200 club level on the 30 yard line for like 190 plus fees. That is crazy.

Here is why Jerry will never have a financial need to sell the team. Gotta hand it to the old geezer financially whatever he touches turns to gold.

I had posted about Jones' external wealth outside the franchise years ago. Tried to emphasize how fans berating fellow fans for purchasing Cowboys apparel is irrevelant towards hurting Jones' wealth and perceived self-greed.

Did not make a dent. Hope your post fares better.

Yep and Boone Pickens was one of his best friends for years. I'd be shocked if he didnt and wasnt still making money off that friendship.

Don't buy merchandise and there are easy ways to watch games on the webz without supporting NFL ratings and still getting your fix.

Sounds like The Picture of Dorian Gray scenario. Jones has hidden a portrait of himself in an attic that is wasting away while he remains unaffected by time.

He must have done something wrong though. His portrait may look like crap by now but he looks more and more like The Cryptkeeper with each passing day.

That's an interesting insight. Dorian Gray.
He's become kind of ghoulish, crazy old man. But I really see Jerry as a copy of another famous literary figure, Shakespeare's King Lear. He is mad and knows it. Of course, Lear dies in the end.

He's even dense on this matter? lol You don't have to sell the team! We are truly screwed. This guy don't give an ounce of crap about winning.

Its the weekend to go based on cost, but dear lord the experience will likely be miserable. I can't imagine paying to watch this slop. I try to do one game a year, but there's no way I can pay for the product they are currently putting on the field.

I do expect we clean some things up, eventually. I also expect we will be buried before Dak is back and playing up to speed.

I hope our coaches find the run game and the defense carries us, but I'm not expecting it.

If Jerry truly loved the Cowboys, he’d sell them so he could see them win a championship.
But he doesn’t truly love them, he only truly loves himself, money, publicity, and more money.

I about had it with this team. First, they did nothing during the offseason. Nothing. In fact, they got worst.

Second, now they raised their ticket prices. Meaning they are only in it for the money, rather than try to win us a Superbowl.

Last, they are pissing the fans off. "Screw you all, I will do what I want and you can't do a damn thing" is not a way to win over fans.

Well Jerry, if that's the case then when you die I hope you take your spoiled and arrogant son with you. I wish someone would ask him to his face how it feels knowing a good portion of the fanbase has gone from loving him to hoping he chokes on an Egg McMuffin. Everyone dies at some point, ya know?

More power to the coach. At this point it needs to be a new coach. Not have him micromanage every single aspect of the team. He doesn't have to sell, he has to realize that he's 80 and completely sucks at building a football team.
