I do not understand why this team flat out REFUSES to have THREE experienced RBs on the roster. If Zeke is out, how much will this staff trust Malik Davis or the other newbie. The entire game's workload will rest on Pollard.

Good stuff.

Since Zeke is going to rest his knee these next 2 weeks, and Rico Dowdle is on IR, I assume Malik Davis will be backing up Tony Pollard this Sunday against the Bears. It should be interesting to watch how well Malik Davis performs substituting for Zeke. Can Malik run well enough between the Tackles, and how well can he pass protect to help Dak from getting sacked?

Definitely, and with a bye coming up, it's the right thing to do so that he can be at his best against Green Bay. We will need him that game and especially against Minnesota.

Meantime, Dak needs to get on his bicycle instead of just sitting in the pocket till he's sacked. He needs to take off and run at times, and rolling out to buy time would help. Dak throws well on the run, use that to your advantage Dak!

When he broke his ankle, he broke his mind too. He lost any good ability he had left on that day. Tragic but true.

Malik Davis time....

I have this feeling Malik is gonna surprise some people here with his running style. As long as he don't get hurt, he is gonna ball i'm telling ya.... :flagwave: And we get the chance to see right now life without Zeke. Do we need to invest in a RB in next draft and how high a pick should it be? Babyface needs to be creative and use a TE or even OG in the backfield for pass protection if Dak starts getting the shakes again.

I am interested in getting a look at Malik Davis. If we are going to move on from Zeke next year, it would help to know that we have a No. 2 to Pollard's No. 1. I would expect us to bring up Qadree Ollison, too, but don't know how many roster spots we have after signing Hankins.

Good ...i know you all say how Zeke is a trooper and has a big heart and wants to play no matter what. But sometimes you are hurting your own team when you do that. A one legged Zeke all over again. Get Pollard and Davis to carry the load, and if you need some backfield blocking you can use a TE or even OG. About time he sat his arse down and heal properly.

if Dak plays poorly against the Bears, Dakazoids will point to Zeke not playing
